Today, One Direction fan update account @1DVanctyUpdates has the image below of singer Harry Styles posing for a photo with a fan while he was out and about in London this week…

As you can see in the photo, Harry’s right arm and hand are bandaged up. And while around his hand is a blue support type bandage, his wrist is covered with a white crepe-bandage dressing.
Obviously, the injury could be just about anything, from a cut to a pulled muscle or tendon to a fracture…
But regardless, having an injury isn’t the best way to start off a New Year!
However, there is some good news for Harry Styles this week given that BBC News reports that in 2016, the One Direction heartthrob was once again “the UK’s most followed person on Twitter”.
The article adds, “He beat fellow singer Adele to top spot while fellow One Direction band mates Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne were also in the top five.”
And though Harry tweeted only really a handful of times in 2016, he still managed to attract yet more followers.
The BBC’s article concluded with, “Harry was also the number one Tweeting Brit in the UK last year with 26 million followers but he now has 29.5 million followers.”
However, a quick check at the time of writing shows that Harry Styles now has 29.6 million followers!
Not that we are remotely surprised; we would read the man’s shopping list and follow him online just in case he posted another one…
And of course, the world and his wife and their Harry Styles loving dog are no doubt eagerly checking their notifications daily for news that Harry has released his debut solo single, or better yet, his album.
But as we reported earlier, it could well be that Harry is going to release it with no prior warning whatsoever…
