Ben Freeman dropped From Soapstar Superstar 2007
Ben Freeman has arrived home from holiday in Barbados to find that he has been dropped from the cast of Soapstar Superstar.
Ben, who plays Scott Windsor in Emmerdale, has been accused of raping a 16-year-old British girl while on holiday in Barbados.
He was arrested on November 30 but was allowed to return to the UK after magistrates on the island granted him £25,000 bail.
It has been confirmed that Ben will definitely not be appearing on Soapstar Superstar and he has already been edited out of the preview trailers.
A TV source said: “It wouldn’t be right at this time — and he would not be in the right frame of mind anyway.�
