Mistakes by John were not so obvious. Cherie' ballroom dancing was beautiful, but she was stiff and does not have John's charm and wit. The viewing public enjoyed what John brought to the show because it was ......entertainment ... and that is what Strictly is about! The gulf between the BBC and its viewers is widening and will soon be so big viewers will switch off. I did not vote for John because I think others deserved my vote more, but I will defend the voting public's right to 50% of the vote and to use it to tell the programme makers what they want to see - and it clearly 'aint Cherie - it clearly is John!
