Craig Revel Horwood Says ‘Susan Boyle sucks’
Craig Revel Horwood has turned his caustic tongue on Britain’s Got Talent finalist Susan Boyle.
The Strictly Come Dancing judge said that the singer ’sucks’ at the opening night of Latin Fever in London, according to the Evening Standard.
Horwood said: “I think Susan Boyle sucks and I’ll tell you why – she can’t sing and that really bugs me. [She] sings as bad as she looks.
“I saw her singing ‘Memory’ and she absolutely mauled it. If Elaine Paige or Andrew Lloyd Webber had seen that performance, if they were dead, they’d be spinning in their graves.”
He added: “It was awful. It had major pitch problems throughout. I could go on and on. And that panel of judges just sits there and says how wonderful she was. I was beside myself. I was wanting to smash the TV.
“I’m hoping people with talent will win, not just the freaks of nature who come out with a little bit of a warble and everyone goes, ‘Wow!’”

He is soo mean!! Susan Boyle has a voice just like an angel, she doesn’t need foul comments from people like him. He’s probably just jealous as hes not famous in any other country whilst Susan is.

You are right Aira, anyone who judges someone by their physical appearance is just plain foul. All the other who have said nasty things like that e.g lily allen are just jealous. To be honest lily allen can’t sing for toffee all she does in her so-called songs is talk. That’s not a talent and what Susan has is a Talent!!

Have you looked in the mirror lately? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder – The Rude and the Rotten will not reign long – you are one of them – you might want to try dance with class – if you ever had any. Did you not know “when someone runs another down – they are trying to elevate themselves” Take a lesson – and perhaps if you have it in your heart – make an apology to Susan Boyle!

Very much so is this a case of not judging a book by its cover. Sure, you wouldn’t expect her to perform as well as she did just by looking at her, but the fact is, people are now thinking she’s amazing because, relatively speaking, she’s better than she looks. By comparison to anyone else though, she’s not that great. I will not say she’s bad, cause that’s not true. There are plenty of people in the world who are a whole heck of a lot worse, but she’s nothing spectacular. She has a strong voice, which some people apparently equate to a good voice. Personally, not much of a fan of hers. The video surprised me the first time I saw it because of the “I didn’t expect that” kind of reaction, but again, she’s above average. That’s all.

I am so thrilled to discover that the world has not gone entirely mad, but just mostly so. We’re all supposed to believe she’s “brilliant” because plastic surgery queen Demi Moore likes her? Her singing does not impress me. She is average, nothing more, nothing less. Certainly not amazing. Certainly not a superstar or worthy of all this fame. Her singing is without emotion. Her sense of tempo and rhythm is non-existent. Glad to discover other people also see through the hype!
