Jo Wood has admitted that she agreed to take part in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, to help her get over her estranged husband Ronnie.

Rolling Stone’s star Ronnie Wood famously left Jo for teen waitress Ekaterina Ivanova earlier this year.

Jo has revealed that Strictly has given her a new focus and told The Sunday People:

“I wanted a fresh challenge. I would never have done this if I was with Ronnie. It’s a dream come true.”
