La Toya Jackson and Ann Widdecombe are both said to be considering appearing on this years Strictly Come Dancing.

Despite making a host of diva like demands, the BBC are said to be desperate to land an appearance from la Toya and have even agreed to give her a seperate dressing room and an increased fee.

A source told The Mirror: “La Toya would be a great name to have on the show. If she chats about Michael live on TV, or dedicates an emotional performance to him, it will make for fantastic viewing.”

Tory MP Ann Widdecombe, is also said to be appearing on the show which kicks off next month.

Widdecombe told Total Politics magazine she had turned down an earlier request to go on the show, saying: “I’ve always thought that cavorting around with those frightfully elegant mortals I’d look an idiot.

“But what I’ve realised from John Sergeant’s performance is they do let you go at your own pace.”
