Oxo woman Lynda Bellingham has admitted that Strictly Come Dancing is much more stressful than she had expected.

Lynda told The Sun: “It’s nerve-racking. This is not for sissies. I had no idea it was going to be so stressful.

“My job is to make it look entertaining. If you could see my pain, you wouldn’t enjoy it.”

Lynda also thinks that her age makes life a bit harder on the show:

“The older you get, the harder it is.”
