Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly has revealed that Prince Charles is a huge fan of the BBC One TV show.

Tess told The Mirror:

“A few people have told me they would be interested in being on Strictly – I think the most interesting person was Prince Charles,” Tess, 36, is quoted as saying.

“He said he wanted to tango. When he demonstrated, he raised one leg and he had rather good form. He would be a good ballroom dancer.

“We had a little talk about dancing and I think he is a fan of the show.”

Tess even knows who she would pair the Prince up with if he did come on the show!

She added: “I thought, ‘Just say the word and series six, you’re in’. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? We even have our own Camilla (Dallerup) on the show whom he could partner.”
