Strictly Come Dancing contestant Rav Wilding, has admitted that training for the show is proving difficult for him.

Rav found himself in the dance off with Martina Hingis last Saturday and has vowed to double his efforts for this week’s show.

He wrote on Twitter: “Feel like I have been run over by a steamroller and have banging headache.”

Poor old Rav.
