Coronation Street actor Reece Dinsdale is rumoured to have signed for this years Strictly Come Dancing.

Dinsdale plays Joe McIntyre on the ITV soap but is soon to be written out after he turned down a new contract.

“Reece has loved Corrie but he wants to move on – and he reckons Strictly is the perfect move,” a source told The Sun.

“Reece wouldn’t do just any reality show. Strictly is really respected.”

I think that Corrie’s Joe is possibly the most boring soap character ever. I imagine, if this report is true, Reece will find himself voted out on the first week unless he turns out to be hilariously funny in real life.
