Strictly Come Dancing 2012 Final: Louis Smith to win – Anton du Beke to replace Bruce Forsyth?
Bookies have made Louis Smith their red hot 4/6 favourite to win Strictly Come Dancing this evening.
The Olympic medal winning gymnast is up against Kimberley Walsh, Denise Van Outen and Dani Harmer this evenign as all four compete for the glitterball trophy but as with most of the way through the series, William Hill still think he’ll be the one to take the title on the results show.
They also see Kimberley as the only obvious challenger and have the Girls Aloud beauty in second place to win with odds of 13/8.
The big surprise in the last 48 hours has been a surge in support for Anton du Beke to be named as the replacement for Bruce Forsyth, he is now the 13/8 favourite ahead of Vernon Kay at 9/4.
“Other than Brendan, Anton is the only dancer to have appeared in all the series and there is a theory that he has been given a succession of terrible partners so people focus more on his personality than his dancing!” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
