Strictly Come Dancing 2012: Kimberley Walsh attempts to beat the 34 with her jive!

Kimberley Walsh has revealed that she is determined to score higher than 34 on this week’s Strictly Come Dancing show.

The Girls Aloud star has been awarded the score for three weeks running by the judging panel and while she has been getting great comments and a lot of support from the judges, she really wants to break past her previous record as she gets closer to the series final.

Tonight the blonde beauty and her partner Pasha Kovalev will take on a jive on the BBC dance show and she admitted that it’s been a tough week in training.

Speaking on It Takes Two she said:

“It’s very, very high energy and I needed a lot of stamina [in rehearsals] this week.”

Walsh added:

“I’m going to be pulling out all the stops this week and I want to make sure we do our best and hopefully shake that 34.”

Pasha thinks they will do well though and he insisted:

“Everybody loves the jive.:

On how he plans to wow the judges he added:

“We’ll just go out there with a smile on, with our jumping legs on and we will go for it.”

Kimberley and Pasha are one of the bookies favourites to win the series this month, but first they have to get past tomorrow night’s results show.

Bookies think they should be safe and are tipping Michael Vaughan to be eliminated.
