Last week James Jordan posted a picture of his Strictly Come Dancing partner Denise Van Outen sitting on the ‘naughty step’ at BBC television centre in London. This afternoon it seems like it’s his turn.

The professional dancer punished the mum of one at the start of her first day of rehearsals, after she showed up five minutes late for his session. After he kept her waiting today, Denise posted this picture of the handsome star on Twitter, with the caption:

‘@The_JamesJordan Words fail me’

He tried to be smart and replied:

‘So does timing and posture!!’

But Denise got the better of the hunk again and took him down a peg or two, by pointing out his grammatical error. She corrected James writing:

*So DO timing and posture”

He replied:

‘I’m a dancer!!!’

It sounds like Jordan is getting a little bored with being stranded out in the corridor alone. He just tweeted:

‘Have you got it yet?? Can I come off the naughty step and have a dance with you??’

Poor James got a little confused this morning and went to the wrong dance studio to meet Denise. He wrote this morning:

‘I went to totally the wrong place to train today!! Oooops!! I think I’m in trouble…..! ((‘

We are loving the banter and humour between Denise and James this year and think they’re going to make a great Strictly couple. Jordan may joke that he wants to get away from the West End star but we suspect he is secretly elated to have been partnered with somebody that has not only some natural dancing talent, but someone so willing to have a laugh as they train together.
