It seems that James Jordan is laying down his rules thick and fast.

The professional dancer started training with his new Strictly Come Dancing partner Denise Van Outen yesterday and already, it seems that he is wielding the whip.

After their second day of rehearsals came to an end, the hunky performer tweeted this picture to his followers with the caption:

‘Should I let her off the naughty step?? She will learn the hard way!!! #Jordanrules’

Denise replied to him saying:

‘@The_JamesJordan How much longer do I have to sit on this naughty step? #itscold’

She later revealed that she had been handed down the punishment, after she showed up late to the practice session, adding:

‘I was 5 mins late. Not my fault, cab was late. I’m banned from twitter when I’m bad. Don’t tell him I’m tweeting’

However she later hit back, taunting:

‘@The_JamesJordan has got really bad BO today #stinky #failedtheDazchallenge’

He wasn’t going to let the mum of one have the last word though and told her she has one big improvement to make over the next few weeks. He wrote:

‘@denise_vanouten Posture!!!!!!! Posture!!!!!! Posture!!!!!!!! Quasimodo!!!!!’

James and Denise were informed on Saturday that they would be dancing together in the 2012 series of the BBC show and already, we can see they’ll be a formidable couple. They’ve obviously got great chemistry, which was on display last night as they spent hours tweeting and bantering online.

Denise is one of the bookies favourite to win the entire competition and we can’t wait to see her perform on the first live show on 5th of October and find out if she’s anywhere near as good as we are expecting her to be.
