The main emphasis was ballet, tap and modern, with some ballroom. You could not go to this school without the main emphasis being on dancing. It was not a stage school where you did a little bit of everything, including dance, this was full time dancing, with school work fitted in between vocational classes. Cherie was a very good dancer and having years of training drummed into you, you just don't forget it.
