Strictly Come Dancing’ judge Craig Revel Hoorwood has branded contestant Jan Ravens a “bad loser”.

Craig has admitted that he was shocked when the Dead Ringers star and her husband got so angry with him after she was voted off the show last Saturday.

Craig told BANG Showbiz: “Jan is a bad loser. She really wanted to win, but she just wasn’t a very good dancer. And she shouldn’t have blamed the judges. It was down to a public vote, we couldn’t control that. She should have left with dignity.”

When the show went off air Jan’s husband Max Hole got angry and pushed the outspoken judge for comparing his wife to a “kicking mule”.

Craig said: “I couldn’t believe her husband became so aggressive. The show is for charity. He should remember that.”
