Hollywood heart throb, George Clooney is said to be impressed with the dancing skills of his ex, Lisa Snowdon and was so amazed by Lisa’s performance on last weeks Strictly show that he has been bombarding her with texts and flowers ever since.

A source told The Mirror: “Prior to the show starting, George sent Lisa a ‘good luck’ text’. It was the first time they’d had any contact for some time. Lisa was pretty amazed but assumed that would be the last of it.

“Instead, after the show George sent her another text, this one was along the lines of ‘Wow!’”

Now people are hoping that George will turn up on set to watch Lisa dance live.

“Tomorrow Lisa and Brendan Cole are dancing the salsa and all eyes will be on them – including George’s.

“He has promised to send a bouquet to her dressing room and the talk backstage is he may make a surprise appearance in London in the coming weeks.

“Now that he’s single, gossip is spreading like wildfire that he wants to woo Lisa back.

“Obviously everyone is desperate for Lisa to stay in the competition – if only for a glimpse of George!”
