Former Eastenders star, Jill Halfpenny, has returned to the set of Strictly Come Dancing and is getting ready to perform a jive on tonights show.

Behind the scenes of the show, Jill caught up with her former co-stars Gillian Taylforth and Jessie Wallace, Jessie is currently dancing with Jill’s old partner Darren Bennett.

Jill told The Sun: “Jessie is so lucky she’s got Darren too and he is lovely. I am sure they will go far together. And Gillian has Anton Du Beke, who’s a fantastic partner.”

Jill’s advice to the Walford gang is to work hard during the week but relax for the live shows. She added: “You never know when your time is going to be up, so you’ve got to enjoy it.”

But she admits she’s nervous about tomorrow.

Jill said: “You’d think I’d be fine because I’m not being judged, but it’s just as scary.”
