Joe Calzaghe has denied rumours that he is dating his Strictly Come Dancing partner Kristina Rihanoff.

The Daily Mail ran a story saying that the pair were spotted kissing and hugging earlier this week.

A source said: “From an outsider’s perspective it certainly looks like they could be more than just friends. They were hugging, holding hands, whispering and laughing.

“It could easily have been a scene from a romantic comedy film.”

However, Calzaghe’s spokesman refuted the claims saying:

“They are enjoying dancing with one another and they get on well, but there is no more to it than that,” he said.
