Strictly Come Dancing: Pressure Gets To Emma Bunton
Former Spice girl Emma Bunton has broke down in tears twice this week during rehearsals for BBC show Strictly Come Dancing.
The singer (who is bookies favourite to win the competition) has been totally overwhelmed by the publics high expectations.
She said: “Last Saturday, it was so nerve-racking I really didn’t think it would be so bad. Now I know what’s to come it’s made it even worse.”
Emma continued: “I find it really flattering that people are being so positive, I just feel so much pressure now.
“I am just going to have to do my best. I’ve never done ballroom before, if they are expecting good stuff, I am going to give them good stuff.”
But Emma admitted that she is desperate not to be the first girl to be voted off. She added: “If I get knocked out on Saturday I’ll be devastated. I’ll probably cry again.”
But despite the pressure, she says that she’s having “a great time”. She said: “I’ve never done a live show - people are getting to see the real me.”
