Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ray Feardon and his partner Camilla Dallerup were gutted to have been evicted fom the show on Saturday.

“You know that someone has to go every week, but it was still a shock,� Camilla admitted to The Sun.

“Afterwards I heard Len saying that it wasn’t right. It was so disappointing as the week before we’d got such a high score and we just didn’t feel ready to go. I wish we could have a second chance.

“Ray felt like he had let us both down, but he didn’t.

“He just got nervous and that’s not good for the Samba. Two months ago he didn’t know a single step, I think he’s done brilliantly.

“We spent hours on the phone on Sunday talking it all through. I adore Ray and I’m so proud of him. I’ve really made a friend for life.�

Maybe the pair are hoping for a Big Brother style twist, where an ex-contestant is allowed to re-enter the show….it’s not really BBC’s style though is it?
