Roger surely should have won superstar. He was far the BEST. Best Voice, Best Actor, Best Dancer.Ben fluffed the start of his Solo yet he still won. ??????
I totally agree. Roger was BRILLIANT. Charismatic, talented. I would convert to Christianity just to see him play Jesus!!!
The best singer over the series definitely won. Rory was good but he didn’t portray any emotion when singing, Roger was OK but is flattered by 3rd place. Every performance by Ben outshone all the others – every night and one little blip doesn’t change that. Quite rightly, he gets the job and he will be brilliant. If I was to choose an understudy, it would be Rory.
I totally agree Roger should have won, he was BRILLIANT.
However I am sure he will now succeed more than Ben as he has such charisma, a fantastic voice and he can also sing and dance.
Good luck for his future.
Roger had the best natural voice by far…..He did not scream…..he sang.
I was puzzled to see Mel C as a judge……I had never thought of her as a singer….Just part of a silly pop group….Was shocked at her performance. I was right. She simply can not sing…..It was like a teenager singing to her hairbrush.
What a pity that she has this big part with so many talented SINGERS out of work.
I quite agree with Maureens’ comments.
I too think Roger should have won. A true true professional and I would pay almost any price to watch him perform. Surely he has a very fine career in the future ( he hasn’t done too bad so far, in any event!!)
