Abi’s told ‘clear your desk’
Abi Titmuss burst into tears after being sensationally sacked by Janet Street-Porter.
The emotional scene will be shown in tomorrow’s episode of ITV’s TV show, Deadline at 10pm on ITV2.
Copy editor Joe Mott pointed out to Janet that Abi hadn’t written a single word for issue three of the magazine and Janet admitted: “I can’t believe I didn’t notice.”
She sacked Abi in front of everyone else at the conference table.
According to onlookers, Abi, who was up against Ingrid Tarrant and Imogen Lloyd Webber in the three way sack off, was desperate to stay.
Abi’s photography skills had been criticised relentlessly by Darryn and Joe wasn’t impressed with her writing.

Abi Titmuss was days away from flying to the jungle for ‘I’m A Celebrity’ when she got together with Strictly Come Dancing’s Brendan Cole.
All of a sudden she’s besotted with the dancing love rat and can’t bear to leave him, so she gives the I’m A Celeb producers a call and pulls out of the show.
A pal said: “She’s besotted with him. This time it really could be love for Abi.”
Seriously????? For Brendan Cole???? Get a grip Abi!

John Leslie has decided not to appear in this years series of I’m A Celebrity aftre hearing that his ex girlfriend Abi Titmuss has been paid £150,000 to make an appearance in the jungle.
A TV insider told The People: “John couldn’t handle the intensity of being stranded in the jungle with Abi after everything that’s happened between them.
“For him, doing the show was meant to be a fresh start. But with Abi there, he felt it would be like stepping backwards.”
The insider added: “Viewers would still think of them as a couple but John wants to do something without her.”
Former nurse Abi has gone on a crash diet after signing her I’m A Celeb deal last week. And Abi has told pals that she fancies cheeky presenter Declan Donnelly.
Our insider revealed: “Abi thinks Dec is really cute. She’s had her eye on him for a while and thinks that this could be her chance.
“Abi will probably make her move at the aftershow party which is usually a real booze-up.
And she’s promised that she’ll sex up this year’s showafter last year’s let-down when nobody stripped off or got saucy.”
