New single mum, Chantelle Houghton, has revealed that she is planning to undergo more cosmetic surgery this year.
The reality star, who split with her fiancé, cage fighter Alex Reid, last year after a string of furious rows resulted in Reid being arrested after kicking down the front door of the home they once shared, has decided to have a breast reduction and jaw realigning surgery.

Fans of former Celebrity Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton will of course be aware that 2012 has been something of an annus horribilis given that her short-lived relationship with another CBB winner, Alex Reid, ended badly…
However, Chantelle is now looking forward to 2013 and to her baby daughter Dolly’s first Christmas.
In an exclusive interview with New! magazine about her festive plans, Chantelle said, “I am [sad] in a way [that Dolly’s dad Alex won't be there], but it’ll be fine without him.

Katie Price has definitely been keeping a lower profile of late but that could all be about to change!
The former glamour model could be about to return to her reality TV roots because just days after it was suggested that her pal Rylan Clark was joining the line-up of Celebrity Big Brother, it’s been reported that she may be joining him in the house.
Model and reality star Katie Price avoided a difficult chat with ex-fiance Leandro Penna in London on Thursday night.
The pair separately attended the launch of festive theme park Winter Wonderland in the city and luckily managed to avoid each other.
The former lovebirds have become embroiled in a war of words since splitting up last month and fortunately missed coming to blows at the event in Hyde Park last night.
Katie has previously insisted their break-up was amicable but Leandro has since claimed he dumped the glamour model because her “brain is not wired right”.
And the Argetninian hunk has since alleged Katie made him watch a sex tape featuring her ex Alex Reid.
He told Reveal magazine: “When we first met in LA, Katie told me she’d been stupid to marry Alex so quickly after they’d met.
“A while later, she showed me a home video of them together. At first she was embarrassed, but Katie said she wanted to show me how weird he was. What I saw was something I’ll never forget in my whole life.
“Alex was dressed up like a woman. He had suspenders, a bra, make-up and false eyelashes on. Katie was dressed in a sexy way and was pushing a vodka bottle into his backside.
“I thought it was very strange behaviour.”
However, Leandro claims he finally decided to call time on their romance after he saw text messages from X Factor contestant District3′s Dan on Katie’s phone.
He said: “I finally decided it was the end when she messaged Dan Ferrari-Lane from X Factor’s District3. I’m sure she had no interest in him and did it to get into the media and I don’t agree with that. I felt so betrayed I could no longer forgive her.”
Katie has not spoken out on the exact reasons for the pair’s break-up but she insisted they were still good friends in a statement last month.
She said: “I was surprised to see the stories in today’s papers supposedly quoting Leo on our break-up.
“We had perfectly friendly contact this morning, he denies saying these things, and anyway, they make no difference to my enduring affection for him.
“We are good friends and will continue to remain so. I still care for him and believe he’s a gentleman, and I wish him and his family nothing but the best for the future.”
