Former American Idol contestants Andrew Garcia and Katie Stevens have revealed that they are “excited” about going on tour with their fellow finalists.
Both singers were eliminated from the show last week, after judges saved Michael Lynche the week before. They will both go on tour with the rest of the Idol 2010 final ten.
Outgoing American Idol star Andrew Garcia has admitted that he felt the judging panel ‘picked on’ him a little during his time on the show.
The 24-year-old singer from Moreno Valley, Calif shone in earlier stages of the show, when the judges raved about his version of Paula Abdul’s ‘Straight Up’ but his performances on the live shows never quite reached that high. After his final performance on the show, a rendition of Elvis’ ‘Hound Dog,’ Simon Cowell called it ‘lazy and predictable’ and Randy Jackson said it was ‘not good karaoke.’

The 24-year-old dad from Moreno Valley, Calif was speaking to People, when he admitted that his close pal Lee and he were looking forward to the Idol tour this summer and plan to use their time to come up with some new collaborations. He said:
