Fans of Dancing On Ice star Anthea Turner will know that she and husband Grant Bovey came close to splitting up when it was alleged that he’d had an affair…
But in today’s Sun, while talking about Grant’s “friendship” with another woman, Anthea has blamed herself for his straying!
She reckons that being constantly away from home while working – which she did in order to keep the couple afloat financially after Grant’s property business went bust – was to blame for the fact that he sought excitement elsewhere. Read more & comment »

It’s no secret that the now former Dancing On Ice star Anthea Turner was devastated when it was claimed in the press that her husband, Grant Bovey, had had an affair with 24-year-old Zoe de Mallet Morgan…
However, during an interview this week, Anthea has revealed that starring on DOI has given her and Grant some time apart to get a better perspective on things, and to – evidently – realize that their marriage is worth fighting for.
But reading between the lines of what Anthea said to The Sun, it would appear – to me at any rate – that she’s in part blaming herself for some of the marital strife.
She said of her marriage to Grant, “Things are back on track. It takes two people and relationships go through difficult times and I don’t know anyone who has a clean run — very few people do these days.” Read more & comment »

Anthea Turner has revealed that she is gutted to have been eliminated from Dancing On Ice last night.
The domestic goddess found herself in the skate off with Keith Chegwin, after the judges berated her for not skating alone enough during her third routine of the series.
She performed well, but once again leaned too heavily on her partner and the panel almost unanimously voted to save Cheggers and send Turner home.

Dancing On Ice moved into it’s fourth week this evening and the stars put on a fabulous, glitzy school disco themed special just an hour ago.
However, like every other week, someone had to go and on the results show Phillip Schofield revealed that the two contestants with the lowest amount of public votes would once again face the skate off and one would follow in the footsteps of politician Oona King and Towie star Lauren Goodger and leave the competition.

Anthea Turner performed to Puppy Love on tonight’s Dancing On Ice, as part of the School Disco themed episode.
The TV presenter was elated to be performing to a song by her idol, Donny Osmond and she threw everything into the routine, which Torvill and Dean described as little ‘over the top.’

Dancing On Ice will be a bit of a blast from the past this evening, with the ITV show rocking a ‘school disco’ theme.
The episode will feature some cheesy hits that used to fill the school gym’s dance floor and it seems the ladies at least will be getting into the spirit of the evening and wearing the skimpiest school related costumes they can find.

Bookies have trimmed the price of Keith Chegwin getting the boot from Dancing On Ice this Sunday from 5/2 to 2/1 and he is now the standout favourite to be sent home.
Last week politician Oona King got the chop, after ending up in the skateoff with Gareth Thomas and tonight, bookmakers think if Cheggers doesn’t follow in her footsteps, the other stars most in danger are Anthea turner at 5/2 and Joe Pasquale at 11/4.

Anthea Turner’s chances of progressing to the next stage of Dancing On Ice have hit the skids, according to the betting on Betfair. The 52-year-old TV presenter is the 13-8 favourite to be the third celebrity to leave the contest.
Punters are giving Anthea the cold shoulder ahead of Keith Chegwin and Baroness Oona King, who are both available at 11-5 to go on Sunday. Funnyman Joe Pasquale is a 9-4 chance to skate away in week three, while Olympic boxer Luke Campbell is a 3-1 shot for the axe this time round.

Karen Barber has confirmed that Dancing On Ice contestant Anthea Turner is suffering with a rib injury.
The TV star just narrowly avoided being eliminated from the ITV show on Sunday, after she ended up in the bottom two with Lauren Goodger and when she went back into training on Monday, the domestic Goddess managed to get hurt while practicing a new lift.

Dancing On Ice celeb Anthea Turner is reportedly “in agony” after sustaining a rib injury in training this week.
She apparently has a “popped” rib which happened as she was rehearsing for the coming weekend’s performance. Having felt something go “ping” Anthea took to her bed for the rest of the day, but it seems the pain hasn’t reduced a great deal.
A show insider told TV Biz, “Anthea popped a rib during her duel routine on Monday and has a hot water bottle on her ribs all day, but she hasn’t missed any training — yet.
“She is really worried about it, as she is in a lot of pain, but she’s a real trooper and is insisting that it will be all systems go for this weekend… Read more & comment »
