Ashleigh & Pudsey won last year’s Britain’s Got Talent series and tonight the talented pair returned to the ITV show.
They have enjoyed a very busy year since taking the title and prize money last year, and as well as releasing their own book the duo have starred in many television programmes including Top Dog Model for ITV2 and Who Let the Dogs Out and About? for CBBC, performed at Epsom Downs Racecourse in the presence of the Queen as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, performed in a panto and also appeared at the 84th Royal Variety Performance.

ITV have revealed some of the big named guest performers who will be taking to the stage, when their live shows begin later this month.
This weekend viewers final out the final acts, who will perform on the live shows with the chance of picking up the £250,000 prize money and each evening, as the hopefuls are nervously waiting to hear the result of the public vote, a star will take to the stage and lighten the mood with a musical performance.

After the success of last year’s Britain’s Got Talent central London flash mob, presenting duo Ant and Dec have filmed themselves a brand new new series opener, and this time they’re joined by some familiar faces.
The ITV talent series will return to our screens on Saturday night and to celebrate the return of Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and of course hundreds of talented (or not so talented) auditionees, the Geordie stars hit Convent Garden to film a brilliant new video.

It was confirmed today that a film is being made about Britain’s Got Talent stars Ashleigh and Pudsey and it seems that already names of possible actors and stars are being bandied around.
The teenager dog trainer and her talented pooch will be the subject of what Simon Cowell is hoping with be a huge Hollywood blockbuster and at the minute, the front runner for Ashleigh’s role seems to be Kristen Stewart.

BBC One announced today that the BBC Children in Need Appeal show returns on Friday 16th November, live once more from Television Centre. Sir Terry Wogan will be joined by Fearne Cotton, Tess Daly plus Nick Grimshaw to host a bigger than ever, spectacular night of musical entertainment, sketches, special features, glitz, glamour and guest appearances.
This year’s appeal night will be the pinnacle of a vast range of programming contributing to the 2012 BBC Children in Need campaign. The biggest names in entertainment will come together to support the appeal and help to raise money for disadvantaged children in the UK.

Ever since Ashleigh Butler wowed the Britain’s Got Talent judges and audience with her dancing dog Pudsey, the pooch has been hot property all over the globe…
And today, he releases his very own book, which is a deal that’s guaranteed to rake in at least £100,000 for his delighted owner.
Branded an “Autobidography” the book tells all about Pudsey’s life, from humble beginnings to his meteoric rise to fame and of course, that all important BGT win.
Speaking to the Daily Star about the book, proud Ashleigh said, “The Autobidography is about what happened before BGT, his journey from when he was a puppy and how he always wanted to dance.” Read more & comment »

The children’s books of David Walliams are nothing but sweet and fun and always speak of being yourself, a positive message to kids. Still some more closed minded countries think differently.
One of his books, “the Boy in the Dress” even needed a title change in certain countries, because they thought a boy wearing a dress was offensive.
Says David: “You get sent them all. There are Arabic copies. Sometimes they change the titles a bit.
“Because the first book was called ‘The Boy in the Dress’ and that didn’t go down that well all around the world. So that gets changed to like ‘The Boy Who Likes Football’ or something like that.” Read more & comment »

It seems that Simon Cowell has delivered on his promise and made Britain’s Got Talent dog Pudsey a movie star.
The pooch and his owner Ashleigh flew to LA with the X Factor boss in his private jet earlier this month and lived in the lap of luxury as the music mogul set up a string of meetings and casting sessions with movie bosses and industry insiders.
It seems all the hard work has paid off as The Daily Star has reported today that Pudsey will now star in a new film titled ‘Superdog.’

During an interview with Hello magazine, Britain’s Got Talent winner Ashleigh Butler has revealed that her talented canine Pudsey has his very own minders amid fears he could be dognapped.
Ashleigh explained, “We’ve had to up security. There’s a chance he could be dognapped. We make sure he’s never home alone.”
Ashleigh and Pudsey are in the States at the moment, and have become huge stars over the pond, with a massive amount of interest in Pudsey from fans and celebs, not to mention movie makers who’re keen to have him star in a film.
And it seems Ashleigh’s quite happy to see Pudsey kept busy, as is he.

The nation fell in love with pooch Pudsey when he and owner Ashleigh Butler performed on Britain’s Got Talent this year, and of course, won the contest…
And ever since, Pudsey has been hot property, with people around the globe fascinated by him and eager to see yet more of his antics, and to that end, Ashleigh and Pudsey appeared on Jay Leno’s NBC talk show, The Tonight Show, this week, racking up massive viewer ratings for the show.
