When soprano Aliki Chrysochou walked onto the stage to audition for this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, she was apparently greeted by “wolf whistles” and rapturous applause, and that was just from judge Simon Cowell…
I jest of course, but according to TV Biz, stunning Aliki did make a big impression on Simon, but he wasn’t the only one as apparently she “wowed” the audience too when she sang Evanescence’s hit, Bring Me To Life.
The audience warmed to Alike even more when they heard that she’d battled deadly encephalitis and made a remarkable recovery.
She said, “I am blessed that I’m here today. A few years ago I was diagnosed with encephalitis… Read more & comment »

It’s been revealed today that former Britain’s Got Talent winners Ashleigh Butler and her adorable dog Pudsey are set to dance to Gangnam Style during this year’s National Television Awards, which will air on ITV on January 23.
However, the question everybody wants an answer to – and by ‘everybody’, I mean me and Unreality TV boss Lisa – is whether X Factor host Dermot O’Leary will, as was previously reported, dance a quickstep with Strictly Come Dancing judge, Darcey Bussell…
More on that in a moment, but first, of Ashleigh and Pudsey’s routine to South Korean singer Psy’s hit Gangnam Style, a show source told TV Biz, “Like billions of other creatures across the world, Pudsey is a huge fan of Gangnam Style… Read more & comment »

X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent guru Simon Cowell has put his money where his mouth is in terms of burying the hatchet with former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne by signing her up as a judge on his new pooch talent quest, Take the Lead…
So this pilgrim is keeping everything crossed that this could be a sign that Sharon may yet take up her seat on X Factor again, given that her nemesis Dannii Minogue is no longer on the show.
The feud between Dannii, Sharon and Simon escalated when Tom Barker brought out his biography of Simon, which is of course when Simon’s affair with Dannii was revealed… Read more & comment »

Now that last year’s Britain’s Got Talent runner up, Jonathan Antoine’s, opera career has begun to sky-rocket, he has taken the liberty of insuring his best asset, his voice, for the tidy sum of £10 million!

Britain’s answer to Lassie, Britain’s Got Talent winners Ashleigh Butler & Pudsey the dog, has made an exciting new career move by accepting an offer to appear in panto this year, according to the Sun newspaper.
Whilst the sane members of the human race wonder desperately when the novelty of this dancing mutt will finally wear off, those less sane of you who are desperate to see this exploited house pet change costumes and tread his first theatre boards can do so in Woking, Surrey, when he plays a supporting role (as a dog we imagine, but this story is so bizarre you never know, he may end up being one half of a very short panto horse!) alongside owner Asheligh Butler (she’s doing all right out of all this, isn’t she, cashing in on all this exposure, all the while paying the real star of the show instalments of his cut in scooby-snacks!) as she plays Dick Wittington’s love interest Alice Fitzwarren this Christmas, opposite Britain’s Got More Talent presenter Stephen Mulhern, who will play idle Jack.
