Aston Merrygold has denied claims that he is planning to work with Chris Brown on his new album.
The JLS star will be going his own way at the end of this year, having recently confirmed that his band will disband after their next album and tour at the end of 2013.

Fans of X Factor boy band JLS will of course know that the lads announced they’re splitting later this year in order to pursue solo projects…
And it seems that Aston Merrygold is currently busy working on a new solo album, and to that end, he’s reportedly “in talks” with US bad-boy rapper Chris Brown about a collaboration for that album.
And in other JLS news, band member Marvin Humes is so desperate for his wife Rochelle – who’s in girl band The Saturdays – to give birth to their first child that he’s feeding her hot curries in a bid to start labour! Read more & comment »

Noel Gallagher has revealed that the only reason he likes to attend the Ivor Novello Awards each year is because ‘clowns like One Direction don’t’
The former Oasis star has never been a big fan of boybands and pop acts and he recently admitted that he and Blur pal Damon Albarn took great pleasure in snubbing Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles at The Brit Awards earlier this year.

Fans of X Factor boy band JLS will of course know that the band members, Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, JB Gill Oritsé Williams, have announced they’re splitting and will part ways after their upcoming tour ends in December of this year.
And while fans are still reeling over the news, the lads have been talking exclusively to The Sun about how they’re coping with the breakup and what lies ahead for them once JLS is no more.

Fans of former X Factor finalist JLS, and specifically band member Aston Merrygold, will know that he is a judge on Sky1’s Got to Dance, however, he’s revealed that he’d love to become a judge on X Factor too.
Speaking to What’s On TV, Aston said, “[X Factor] is the show myself and the boys came from so it would be an honour to be a judge on that show.
“I’ve been in the industry long enough now to know what’s right and wrong and I’ve got a good eye for talent, as we’ve seen from the last series of Got To Dance, so yes, definitely.” Read more & comment »

JLS have insisted that they don’t feel that they need to crack America or that they have failed as musicians if they don’t win over US audiences with their tunes.
The four piece boyband finished in second place on the X Factor way back in 2008 and went on to top the singles charts five times over the following years. They did sign a US deal two years after they finished on the ITV show but unlike One Direction and Cher Lloyd, their first single failed to sell in any great volume and no more were released.

The Only Way Is Essex couple, Sam Faiers and Joey Essex, were both thrown out of the same nightclub, separately, for fighting!
Sam and boyfriend Joey had been out partying at the notorious Essex hotspot, Sugar Hut – which is owned by their co-star, Mick Norcross, when a violent row erupted with some other party-goers.

JLS heartthrob, Aston Merrygold has revealed that he used to have “dance-offs” with his Strictly pal Louis Smith when they were younger, according to the Sun newspaper!
The former X Factor contestant, turned international star, grew up with the Olympic Strictly Come Dancing contestant, and is very proud of his friend reaching tonight’s live semi-final of the hit BBC1 dancing reality show, but insists the routines Louis has to learn now are much different from their performances as children!

JLS singer Marvin Humes has stood up for The X Factor contestants Rylan Clark and Christopher Maloney encouraging the public to be kinder to the contestants.
Both Rylan and Christopher have come under fire for remaining in the competition when favourites such as former contender Ella Henderson have been voted off the show.
Despite gaining hoards of fans since rising to fame on the ITV series, some viewers have not enjoyed their performances and Christopher has even revealed sickening death threats on Twitter. Read more & comment »
