Over a Third Of UK Secondary Schools Take Up Baby Borrowers’ Teaching Pack
BBC Learning’s new teaching pack* has proved to be a great success with over a third of secondary schools in the UK requesting them. Available for free, this unique resource has been designed to help teachers discuss the realities of parenthood, sex and relationships with pupils.
The pack – designed by BBC Learning in conjunction with Love Productions – was created following the acclaimed 2007 BBC Three series The Baby Borrowers.
The series, which returns to BBC Three next week, was made in response to government research showing that Britain has the highest teenage pregnancy rate in Europe. Read more & comment »
