It’s a wonder that Behrouz Ghaemi even got through to this years X Factor bootcamp, but after watching his performance from tomorrow night’s show, I’m fairly sure that this is the end of the road for him.
The 29 year old Persian, takes to the stage and is asked by Dannii to make himself ‘stand out from the crowd.’ As if he needed any encouragement! He launches into an enthusiastic version of Prince’s ‘Purple Rain’, enthusiastic is the best thing I can say about the performance, because it certainly wasn’t in tune!
X Factor singer,Behrouz Ghaemi, has said that his mum is really proud of him after watching a copy of his audition.
The show is reportedly forbidden in Iran so the singer told The Sun that a friend had downloaded an illegal copy of his audition and showed it to his mum.
*Update* So I’ve just watched Behrouz’s full audition and I just don’t get why the judges put him through. He’s not a great singer, in fact he’s pretty darn rubbish. He may be animated but as people have said a million times, this is NOT a personality contest!!!!
One man out to impress the judges on tomorrow night’s X Factor show is 29 year old Behrouz.
“My name is Behrouz, which means ‘good day’, I hope it’s going to be my good day. I’m a great singer, got the look, got sex appeal, I’m unique, that’s what the judges are looking for,” he says.
“The judges will love me, they will be waiting for someone like me to entertain them, when I walk up to that stage today I will blow their minds.”
Behrouz walks on stage and Louis asks him about himself.
