Simon Cowell wants some star power on his new X Factor USA panel and has reportedly been offering Beyonce the big bucks.
The music mogul sacked Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger from the show earlier this week, leaving just himself and record label boss L.A. Reid on the judging panel for the 2012 series.
However, the TV boss isn’t resting on his laurels and sources say he is already on the hunt for two new judges, one of who may be new mum Beyonce.

Jay Z and Beyonce had better be planning for a large delivery suite when they welcome their first child into the world, because by the sound of it, there will be quite the crowd in there.
X Factor judge Kelly Rowland is Beyonce’s cousin and former Destiny’s Child bandmate and has revealed that she will clear her schedule when the tot is due in February, because she doesn’t want to miss any of her first moments.

Beyonce Knowles has been taking a special interest in this year’s X Factor series, because her best pal Kelly Rowland is judging on it.
The ‘Best Thing I Never Had’ singer has reportedly tuned in for all the live episodes to date and so far, thinks Janet Devlin is the one to watch in the competition.
The mum to be thinks Kelly has the winning category for sure but suspects that the Norther Irish teenager has a special edge over her competitors and is the one most likely to scoop the coveted record deal this Christmas.

Nu Vibe have revealed that they were planning to do a slow song on this week’s X Factor show.
The five piece boyband were eliminated from the series last night, after they found themselves in the bottom two with 18 year old singer Frankie Cocozza.
Three out of four judges voted to send them home, but they think they may have been able to turn things around had they been allowed to sing this Saturday.

The X Factor judge will show just why Simon Cowell hired her to mentor contestants on his ITV show, when she takes to the stage with Brown in coming week, to promote her new solo album ‘Here I Am.’

Kelly Rowland is elated that her best pal Beyonce is pregnant and revealed that she is hoping the expectant mother will be able to support her on this year’s X Factor series.
There had been rumours that the Destinys Child bandmates would join forces again at judges houses, which will be filmed this month, but Kelly declined to comment on the reports during her interview with The People.

We had heard that Kelly Rowland would been joined by her former Destinys Child bandmate Michelle Williams or R&B superstar Usher, as she filmed her X Factor judges houses stage, however today, The Mirror reports that actually, it will be Beyonce at her side.
Kelly is set to take her eight hopeful acts to Miami, as she chooses only four who will compete on the live finals of the ITV series.
It is claimed that when they arrive in the lavish American mansion, the contestants will work with and be mentored by the ‘Single Ladies’ hitmaker, as she assists her former bandmate in making her final choice and reducing her group by half.

Beyonce has reportedly agreed to perform on this year’s X Factor series.
The pop diva is said to have been asked to return to the ITV show by her former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland, who will be judging on the series. She previously performed on the 2008 final of the talent competition, alongside eventual winner Alexandra Burke.

Beyonce is reportedly planning to step in and act as Kelly Rowlands’ very own Sinitta type assistant at the upcoming X Factor judges houses rounds.
The pop diva of course used to perform alongside new judge Kelly, in Destiny’s Child, one of the world’s best-selling girl groups of all time and Heat magazine claims that the pair will reunite later this summer when Rowland has to choose her final singers for the ITV show.
Each year the X Factor judges choose assistants to help them with the whittling down process, though the helpers have got more and more high profile as time went on.

Strictly Come Dancing competitor Michelle Williams has claimed that her former bandmates may come to watch her perform on the show.
From 2000 – 2005, Michelle was a member of R&B girl group Destiny’s Child, along with Kelly Rowland and Beyonce Knowles. The band sold over 50 million records worldwide and in 2005, the World Music Awards recognized them as the World’s Best-selling female group of all time.
