Simon Cowell wants some star power on his new X Factor USA panel and has reportedly been offering Beyonce the big bucks.

The music mogul sacked Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger from the show earlier this week, leaving just himself and record label boss L.A. Reid on the judging panel for the 2012 series.

However, the TV boss isn’t resting on his laurels and sources say he is already on the hunt for two new judges, one of who may be new mum Beyonce.

Insiders claim that Cowell has offered the ‘Single Ladies’ hitmaker a whopping $500 million to join his reality TV show. It’s a five year deal, which if signed by Jay Z’s wife, will see her taking home $100 million per series.

A source told Media TakeOut: “Simon wants a big name female star on the panel.

“Mariah is good, but she’s not that hot today. He wants Beyonce because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat American Idol.”

Mariah Carey’s husband Nick Cannon recently denied reports that his wife would be joining The X Factor, saying that she is too famous for the show.

Other stars being tipped as new judges include Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Tulisa Contostavlos.

Jay Z and Beyonce had better be planning for a large delivery suite when they welcome their first child into the world, because by the sound of it, there will be quite the crowd in there.

X Factor judge Kelly Rowland is Beyonce’s cousin and former Destiny’s Child bandmate and has revealed that she will clear her schedule when the tot is due in February, because she doesn’t want to miss any of her first moments.

The brunette beauty – who formerly let it slip that her bestest pal is expecting a little girl – told The Daily Mail:

“I wouldn’t miss the birth of Beyoncé’s baby. I can’t. I don’t want to miss those moments. It’s life happening to people that I love and I want to be a part of it.”

Knowles sister Solange has also revealed that she plans to be on hand for the big moment too, and admitted that she has been passing on parenting tips to her big sister, as she is already mother to a seven year old boy.

She told Us Weekly: “My sister is a phenomenal aunt, so I’m ready to be the same in her life.”

She added: “I don’t need any advice [on how to be a great aunt]. Because she has been a phenomenal aunt to my son, so she’s set the tone as an aunt. I’ve set the tone as a mum, so we’re learning from each other.”

That is going to be one spoilt little woman!

Beyonce Knowles has been taking a special interest in this year’s X Factor series, because her best pal Kelly Rowland is judging on it.

The ‘Best Thing I Never Had’ singer has reportedly tuned in for all the live episodes to date and so far, thinks Janet Devlin is the one to watch in the competition.

The mum to be thinks Kelly has the winning category for sure but suspects that the Norther Irish teenager has a special edge over her competitors and is the one most likely to scoop the coveted record deal this Christmas.

Knowles said:

“For sure I think Kelly will win, not just because she is my sister but because I really do think she has the strongest acts.

“The girl group Rhythmix are very current and the guys all have good voices, but I see the winner coming from Kelly’s group.

” Janet is very sweet, I can see the public becoming very endeared towards her and picking up the phone.”

However Beyonce also has a lot of respect for soul diva Misha B, and confessed that she sees something very ‘special’ in the Mancunian singer when she performs.

She added in an interview with new! magazine: “There is something very endearing about Janet, but there is something very special about Misha and from what I have heard from Kelly she is just going to get better and better.”

Nu Vibe have revealed that they were planning to do a slow song on this week’s X Factor show.

The five piece boyband were eliminated from the series last night, after they found themselves in the bottom two with 18 year old singer Frankie Cocozza.

Three out of four judges voted to send them home, but they think they may have been able to turn things around had they been allowed to sing this Saturday.

Speaking on This Morning, the boys admitted that they were planning to show a different side to themselves, revealing:

We were going to do Irreplaceable by Beyonce and Stefan was going to play the guitar, because he’s a really good musician.

After their performance of the iconic U2 song ‘With Or Without You’ at the weekend, Gary Barlow admitted that he hated the performance and branded the group ‘No Vibe.’

Today they hit back saying:

“We would have showed him this week that we have a Nu Vibe not a no vibe!”

But the boys will continue and revealed that they aren’t planning to split. In fact they hope to land a record deal off the back of the ITV series and added:

It’s a massive platform and millions of people have seen what we are capable of and hopefully we’ll get picked up by someone.

Kelly Rowland recently announced that she will be touring with Chris Brown this month and insiders say her best pal isn’t best pleased about her new friend.

The X Factor judge will show just why Simon Cowell hired her to mentor contestants on his ITV show, when she takes to the stage with Brown in coming week, to promote her new solo album ‘Here I Am.’

However, Jay Z and Beyonce aren’t happy about her working with Rihanna’s controversial ex and a source told The Sun:

“Some in Jay-Z’s camp think it’s an unusual choice for her. They’re not happy.

“Beyonce is one of her best friends so she’s stuck in the middle. But at the end of the day, it’s Kelly’s own choice.”

In 2009, Brown pled guilty to felony assault of singer and then-girlfriend Rihanna, and was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community service. The case received widespread media attention and negatively affected his career and record sales.

Kelly Rowland is elated that her best pal Beyonce is pregnant and revealed that she is hoping the expectant mother will be able to support her on this year’s X Factor series.

There had been rumours that the Destinys Child bandmates would join forces again at judges houses, which will be filmed this month, but Kelly declined to comment on the reports during her interview with The People.

She did however confess that she is hoping Beyonce and her husband Jay Z will turn up to cheer her on during the live final in December, saying:

“It would mean a lot to have them there in my corner for support – Daddy, Mummy, and bump.”

Kelly also insisted that Destinys Child have not went their separate ways and will reform when the time is right, claiming that she, Beyonce and Michelle Williams are still very tight friends. She added:

“People will ­always talk about Destiny’s Child breaking up. But we do love each other.

“My mum says when ­people stop talking then that is when you should worry, so I ain’t worrying.

“Beyoncé, Michelle and I are tight. We will be getting back together.”

We had heard that Kelly Rowland would been joined by her former Destinys Child bandmate Michelle Williams or R&B superstar Usher, as she filmed her X Factor judges houses stage, however today, The Mirror reports that actually, it will be Beyonce at her side.

Kelly is set to take her eight hopeful acts to Miami, as she chooses only four who will compete on the live finals of the ITV series.

It is claimed that when they arrive in the lavish American mansion, the contestants will work with and be mentored by the ‘Single Ladies’ hitmaker, as she assists her former bandmate in making her final choice and reducing her group by half.

A show source said: ‘It’s a massive bonus for this year’s series. You don’t get bigger then Beyonce right now and Kelly is super excited about it.

‘They also think she’ll perform on the show later in the year. They’re both so busy and hardly see each other these days so they jumped at the chance to work together.’

Louis Walsh filmed his judges houses segment last week in Spanish city Barcelona. However, while he had been hoping to be assisted by British songstress Adele, instead he was lumbered with Simon Cowell’s ex-girlfriend Sinitta, a fact which he was less than happy about.

Beyonce has reportedly agreed to perform on this year’s X Factor series.

The pop diva is said to have been asked to return to the ITV show by her former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland, who will be judging on the series. She previously performed on the 2008 final of the talent competition, alongside eventual winner Alexandra Burke.

A source told The Sun: “It will be incredible for contestants to sing for Beyonce.”

Insiders had previously suggested that Kelly had also asked her pal to assist her in choosing her final contestants, when she takes part in the judges houses stage of the show later this summer.

Beyonce is reportedly planning to step in and act as Kelly Rowlands’ very own Sinitta type assistant at the upcoming X Factor judges houses rounds.

The pop diva of course used to perform alongside new judge Kelly, in Destiny’s Child, one of the world’s best-selling girl groups of all time and Heat magazine claims that the pair will reunite later this summer when Rowland has to choose her final singers for the ITV show.

Each year the X Factor judges choose assistants to help them with the whittling down process, though the helpers have got more and more high profile as time went on.

While the panel used to be content to have former 80′s popstars (Sinitta) or old Boyzone members at their side, last year Cheryl Cole persuaded Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am to help out, while X Factor Australia judge Natalie Imbruglia worked alongside Dannii Minogue.

So who will the other judges pick for their assistants? We think Gary Barlow will bring along one of his old Take That pals, Tulisa Contostavlos will most likely ask fellow N-Dubzer Dappy to work with her and Louis Walsh may opt for Sharon Osbourne, as he did in 2010

Strictly Come Dancing competitor Michelle Williams has claimed that her former bandmates may come to watch her perform on the show.

From 2000 – 2005, Michelle was a member of R&B girl group Destiny’s Child, along with Kelly Rowland and Beyonce Knowles. The band sold over 50 million records worldwide and in 2005, the World Music Awards recognized them as the World’s Best-selling female group of all time.

In an interview with PA, Williiams admitted that Beyonce and Kelly may “sneak in” to watch her and pro dancer Brendan Cole perform on the BBC dance extravaganza.

She said: “I hope they get to come in and sneak in and sit up there somewhere or at least be backstage. I want my girls to be here, you know, we support each other and we are always on our BlackBerries chiming in and talking to each other and encouraging each other on our individual projects.”
