Former Big Brother’s Little Brother host, Dermot O’Leary has revealed that he stilll enjoys watching Big Brother on Channel 4 and thinks BB9 is a great series.
Dermot left the show last year after landing the rold of X Factor presenter in 2007.
“I have followed BB this year,” Dermot told We Love Telly magazine. “I think from week two we’ve all had a good idea of who’s going to get to the final. All that show needs is a couple of panto villains and a couple of heroes and it’s on to a winner – and that’s what it’s had.” Read more & comment »

For today’s Big Brother mini task housemates will be required to describe and identify each other’s distinctive personality traits.
Big Brother will provide housemates with an individual personality trait card. When instructed to do so by Big Brother, housemates will have 30 minutes to write down three words that they feel best describe each of their fellow housemates. The words should identify defining attributes of each housemate and reflect how that housemate’s character and personality comes across to them.
One word must reflect a positive trait.
One word must reflect a negative trait. Read more & comment »

Big Brother presenter, Davina McCall has admitted that she thinks some of the Big Brother realtionships are fake, but adds that she is sure that Luke and Bex are for real.
Davina told The Sun that she “definitely thought that some BB relationships were formed just for the publicity.
“The cynic in me could think, ‘Oh look, they’re in all the magazines now together’.”
But Davina is adamant that BB9 couple Luke and Rebecca are for real.
She said: “I kind of love Bex and Luke, because they would never look at each other and think, ‘We’re going to get together just for that reason’. Read more & comment »

Today, Big Brother has woken up in a good mood and decided to treat the housemates to a lovely hot breakfast.
Throughout the day each housemate will receive a special individual gift to enjoy.
At 12.20, Mario will be appearing on a heart shaped plinth in the garden to propose to Lisa. He will not be able to touch her or speak to her, but will do his proposal using cue cards. This can be seen live today on BBLB (Channel 4 – 12pm, E4 – 6pm).
Then, tonight, if all goes well and Lisa accepts Mario’s proposal, the housemates and Lisa will be treated to a very special engagement party.

This won’t be a long winded post predicting the downfall of the Big Brother format. It’s too late at night and I just can’t be bothered.
Now normally I am a bit of a night owl, I can sit up all night watching TV, and if I have a new boxset on the go it wouldn’t be unlike me to be perched in front of the box with matchsticks propping up my eyes.
But this summer I have difficulty staying awake past 11pm, and I place the blame firmly at the door of Big Brother. I am so bored by Mohamed’s gluttony and Kathreya’s crying. The ‘dynamic’ between Rex and Nicole was frankly disappointing and Darnell’s on off romance with Sara is a poor excuse for a love story. Read more & comment »

Big Brother housemates have to prove their stamina when it comes to eating by seeing how much spaghetti they can eat.

It is hardly surprising that Nicole has been evicted from the Big Brother house……there is nothing likeable about the girl!
She moans, complains, whines and hunts for compliments from Rex, but she has contributed nothing to the team, to the house or to the show.
Judging by the chants coming from the eviction crowd tonight, I am not the only one who has a serious dislike for Rex’s woman. I just hope that now she’s gone, Rex will cheer up, move on and maybe even snog one of the pretty young things he is now sharing a house with.
