The Only Way Is Essex star, Gemma Collins, has, like thousands of other British dieters, been so impressed with the results of Josie Gibson’s new slimming campaign she has called on the former Big Brother winner herself to help her shed a few pounds ahead of the new series of her hit ITV2 reality show.
As we reported yesterday Bristol girl Josie has shed a huge amount of weight, dropping from a size 20 down to a slender size 10 after being disgusted with herself after unflattering pictures of her last summer showed her tucking into junk food whilst bulging out of a bikini on holiday.

OFCOM have revealed that Big Brother has been the most complained about TV show of 2012.
The Channel 5 reality TV show features fights, sexual behaviour and some very frank talk – though we think Geordie Shore is much more offensive – and the regulatory body has revealed that it received over 2,000 complaints about the show this year, a huge 12.5% of all received over the past twelve months.
We have had the reality antics of Essex, Chelsea and Newcastle and now Coventry are set to make their mark on the British public’s reality viewing, as anew TOWIE style show, Sent To Coventry, is in production according to the Coventry Telegraph.
However, before your eyes start rolling at the thought of yet another group of young socialites entertaining us with their lavish parties and champagne swigging, Sent To Coventry promises to be more real and gritty and will focus on more real issues such as unemployment and family – less Mark Wright, more Jeremy Kyle!

There has been a LOT of reality TV crossover this year, with Lorna Bliss moving from Britain’s Got Talent to The X Factor and Louis Smith moving from The X Factor to Strictly Come Dancing and on tomorrow night’s episode of the ITV talent show the pattern will continue.
Stephanie McMichael was last seen on Big Brother in 2008, when she resided in the famous house as a fully fledged housemate and also once appeared on ITV’s Pop Stars: The Rivals alongside former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole.
Tomorrow night she will be seen making yet another attempt at finding fame, as she tries out for The X Factor as part of female duo Poisonous Twin.

“This is my dream job,” says the 21-year-old Essex hottie who was evicted prior to the final of the regular series. “I’m the girl who gets her boobs out on the first day of the holiday. I’d love to do this forever, so I definitely think you should ask me back again.”
“I’ve never done a photoshoot before, so this is a big exclusive! The closest I ever got was a contest that included dancing with girls on a podium, performing a lapdance and doing a wet T-shirt match-off. I came second!”

However, while speaking to the Daily Star, he’s revealed that he’d love to go back into the house during the current run of Celebrity Big Brother.
And he revealed that he’s been “homesick” for the show’s house, which is in Borehamwood, Herts.
He said, “I’d love to go into Celebrity Big Brother. I’d 100% go back in.
“I’ve forgotten what normal life is like, so I wouldn’t mind being stuck in there again.
“They only have to do three weeks anyway!”
