Jo Wood has finally left Strictly Come Dancing. Her ex husband will be pleased!

Wood found herself in the bottom two with Olympic athlete Jade Johnson.

Wood and Cole disappointed the judges with their samba and scored only 14. They finished at the bottom of the leaderboard.

Strictly come Dancing star, Jo Wood has been struggling with her nerves ever since she joined the competition. It probably doesn’t help that she can’t actually dance!

As a result of her shattered nerves, she sought advice from confidence and nerve management guru Boo Holmes. After a meeting at Jo’s house and going through some important techniques to boost Jo’s confidence (like breathing exercises, having positive body language, and learning to visualise the dance), Jo was noticeably more upbeat through rehearsals.

Who would have tagged Brendan Cole as a granny chaser? But in an interview with the News of the World, he called Jo Woods ’so sexy!’

“Jo may be 20 years older than me, but this is no mother-son relationship,” he said. “I want the country to be ready to watch some of the sexiest rumbas they’ve ever seen, courtesy of us.

“Jo is so sexy. She is endearing and pretty. I’d heard the bookies said there was a 7-1 chance we’d have an affair. Considering I’m engaged, it’s kind of disgusting, but we had a laugh about it.

Strictly Come Dancing dancer Brendan Cole has hit out at the decision to pit Strictly against the X Factor this year.

Last week, the BBC admitted that they would be scheduling Strictly to air at the same time as ITV’s X Factor.

Speaking to The Mirror, Cole commented: “I think it’s a shame that two great shows have to compete. I don’t quite get the understanding of it.

“Obviously the BBC and the powers that be decide the scheduling. It’s got nothing to do with me. But I think it’s sad that people are going to have to flick between the channels and not see either of the great shows in their entirety.

“I don’t think it’s necessary. There’s enough time for both.”

A Strictly insider admitted: “Brendan’s comments probably won’t go down well. The row over the scheduling hasn’t been the best build-up to the programme and execs are annoyed that it is overshadowing everything.”

Strictly Come Dancing competitor Jo Wood has reportedly been taking performance tips from her ex-husband’s former bandmate, Mick Jagger.

A BBC1 insider told The Sun: “Jo’s been after some performance tips from Mick Jagger.

“She knows that he’s got lots of experience as a showman and she really wants to make sure she dazzles in the competition.

“So who better than the Rolling Stones’ frontman for some advice?

Strictly Come Dancing professional, Brendan Cole, has slammed the judges on the show for favouring the male celebrities over the females.

Speaking to The Sun Brendan revealed that he thought Austin Healy had been too generously marked when he received perfect 10’s for his recent salsa.

He said: “I felt it was very highly marked.”

Brendan added that he and Lisa Snowdon, also did a “nice” salsa but didn’t come close to Austin’s results.

New Zealand dancer, Brendan Cole has revealed that he would love to be a judge on Strictly Come Dancing.

Brendan told Closer magazine:

“I’d jump into a seat in a heartbeat! I love this show.”

Strictly Come Dancing pro Brendan Cole is reported to have said that his £30,000 Strictly Come Dancing pay is “too low.”

The judges on the show get £90,000 each for the three-month series and host Bruce Forsyth gets £450,000. All the pro dancers get the same deal as Brendan.

The 32-year-old said, “My money from Strictly just about pays the bills. I don’t have a car. I would like to get one, but until then I’m on the Tube.”

Professional dancer, Brendan Cole has revealed why he stormed of the Strictly Come Dancing set after his first performance last week with Lisa Snowdon.

After the judges slated Snowdon and Cole’s performance, Brendan was seen storming off leaving his dance partner alone and in tears.

Brendan told Lisa on her London’s Capital Radio show yesterday:

“I made a little pact with myself this time that I wasn’t going to get upset, but that won’t last long by the way.

“I had cameras shoved in my face and the judges were a bit rough with me. I was like ‘don’t say anything’ so I got a little bit tense and I stormed off. Read more & comment »

I should be providing you with a comprehensive review of tonight’s Strictly Come Dancing performances, but instead I am amazed by Brendan Cole’s nerve on the dance floor!

None of the judges seemed to pick up on it, but I definitely saw Brendan getting a good old grope of Miss Snowdon’s breast on the dancefloor and the lingering nature of the touch makes me unsure that it was accidental.

Did anyone else notice this or am I the only person in the country to pick up on this dirty detail?

Strictly Come Dancing professionals, Brendan Cole and Darren Bennett are reported to have had a row last night in a rehearsal for the first live show.

Brendan’s ex-fiance, Camilla Dallerup is said to have nipped to the loo prior to rehearsal and when she returned fellow dancer Darren Bennet yelled at her for keeping everybody late.

Strictly Come Dancing competitor, Lisa Snowdon, has revealed that she understands why women find her dance partner Brendan Cole so sexy, she even labels him as a “real man!”

The Capital FM Breakfast Show DJ confessed to the Daily Star: “He’s very sexy. I can see why women find a man who can dance extremely sexy. He’s masculine, dominant and protective of his partners in front of the judges.

Strictly Come Dancing judge, Craig Revel Horwood has claimed that Brendan Cole has no chance of romance with his new dance partner, Lisa Snowdon as he just can’t compare with her ex, George Clooney.

Craig told Star magazine: “I think it’s hilarious they gave him Lisa. Brendan thinks he is Mr Schmoozer on the show. I think Lisa has a bit of sense and will curb any advances he might make.

“I don’t think Brendan has anything of what George Clooney possesses in the way of ’schmooze talent’. Brendan isn’t even in his league!”

It would seem as though the normally hard to please dancing lothario, Brendan Cole is finally satisfied.

In the video above Brendan looks quite chuffed to be paired with the gorgeous Lisa Snowdon on this years Strictly Come Dancing series. I’m not sure she is just as pleased though, especially since Brendan’s girlfriend has started sitting in on rehearsals to make sure that their is no romance on the cards!
