Brian Dowling has admitted that he thinks Frankie Cocozza would be a great addition to Celebrity Big Brother this year.
The Big Bro host revealed that he would worry about the disgraced X Factor singer and his mental wellbeing if he took part in another reality TV show, however if he could overcome his demons Dowling thinks Frankie would be a ‘fascinating’ housemate.

The reality TV show will launch on the 5th of January and in the clip below, Brian Dowling is seen questioning an invisible Marcus Bentley about this year’s list of housemates.

The series – which was revamped for Channel 5 when it returned to our TV screens last month – will come to an end this evening during a two hour live special and in his last Celebrity BB online vlog, the Irish star admitted that bosses have planned a surprise for the viewers and contestants.

The BB presenter – who has proved many critics wrong and turned out to be a witty and talented replacement for Davina McCall on the reality TV series –
made the comments, as he was asked if he would ever date one of the housemates.
He confessed that he wouldn’t rule out having a relationship with a contestant, laughing:

The Irish star first won the reality TV show back in 2001 and then went on to triumph again in last year’s Ultimate Big Brother series. Tonight, he will debut as the host of the show, taking over the reins from former presenter Davina McCall. However, his mum thinks he is entering the house, as a contestant for the third time.
He told BANG Showbiz: “My mum just got Channel 5 installed in Ireland just to watch me, but she doesn’t understand how it works.

The Irish star will take over from the brunette beauty as presenter of the reality TV, when it relaunches on Channel 4 tomorrow night. He recently revealed that while Davina will always be ‘on hand’ to give him tips and advice, he is dreading her turning up at the complex to watch him at work.
He told BANG Showbiz: “Any queries at all, she’s on hand. But if she came down to the show I really would be so nervous. She’s a huge fan and has said she’ll be watching the show, which means she’ll be watching me.

The Irish star – who takes over from Davina McCall as host of the reality TV series when the show moves to Channel 5 tomorrow night – revealed yesterday that he isn’t yet sure of the full lineup for the series but thinks that the stars he has heard about, will make great TV.

When we heard that Kerry Katona and her mum Sue may be entering the Celebrity Big Brother house this week, our first thought was that we may end up with another Jade Goody situation.
The late Big Brother star re-entered the house with her mum Jackiey Budden in 2007 and became embroiled in a race row, after she was believed to be bullying Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty. The incident ruined her career and led to her becoming a national hate figure for a long time after her eviction.
It seems that the thought has crossed Brian Dowling’s mind too and speaking to Bang Showbiz he admitted that he dreads that sort of situation arising, because he isn’t sure he would handle it as well as previous series presenter Davina McCall.

The Irish star – who takes over presenting duties on the show when it relaunches on Channel 5 this Thursday – confessed that although he hates watching housemates getting jiggy with it on air, he has no objections to some free flying breasts or willies in the name of good TV viewing.
Explaining that he hates watching young contestants getting sexual on the show, Brian told Bang Showbiz:

The Irish star, who was recently announced as the new host of the returning reality TV show, has claimed that the huge pool and ready supply of alcohol will lead to some seriously raunchy behaviour from the new batch of housemates, though he confessed that he personally doesn’t want to watch anyone actually doing the dirty on air.
Dowling – who shot to fame when he won an earlier Big Brother series in 2001, as well as ‘Ultimate Big Brother’ in 2010 – laughed that he is expecting to see lots of ‘breasts’ on screen, explaining:
