Amanda Holden has asked why Piers Morgan is a judge on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent, saying that he isn’t properly qualified for the job.

The up her own arse actress, told thelondonpaper that she is the only one on the panel with real auditioning experience.

Holden said: “I’ve always said, out of the judges, I’m the only one who has auditioned for a panel or a crowd of people. When I see the contestants, I look at these people and I remember that feeling, having that dream.

“It’s not like I’m sat there smugly saying, ‘I know better’. It’s just that I know because I’ve been there. Obviously Simon [Cowell] is very qualified but I’m not quite sure what Piers is doing there.”

When asked how she would feel if she were replaced she said: “I honestly would be completely gutted if the panel changed.

“I’ve had such a good run and I’ve enjoyed many aspects of it. I’d have to very nicely wish the next person the best of luck.”

X Factor judge Louis Walsh has expressed some doubt that Susan Boyle will be able to cope with fame on a long term basis. Who would have thought the leprechaun had a heart?

Walsh told The Daily Mail: “I don’t know if she’s going to have a big, long career. I don’t think she’s able to cope with the pressure.

“People don’t realise that they become public property, and people knock on their doors and their family history is going to come out. It’s 24/7 and you have to be born to do it.”

He added: “She’s got great appeal and she can sing, and people like her. She’ll have a massive album as long as she works and shows up to the recording.

“Simon [Cowell] has a great record company; she’s got the best machine behind her.”

Simon Cowell may have put ‘the best machine’ behind Susan, but what happens when she stops selling records and earning money? At that point the ‘machine’ will no doubt disappear and Boyle will be left to deal with the aftermath of being famous, whilst having only received a fraction of the money she earned for Cowell and Co.
