Conceited WAG, Carly Zucker has revealed that her time in the I’m A Celebrity jungle was the worst two weeks in her life, made worse by her strange campmates.

Carly told The Mirror: “Timmy is odd. He’s just over the top and eccentric about everything.

She revealed that she did bond with tennis ace Martina Navratilova. “We’re very similar – we don’t talk for the sake of it,” said Carly.

“As for Simon, he’s a gentleman, he looked out for me. His words were short and sweet but they meant so much He was like a brother.

“I’ve made some fantastic friends in there – but it was the worst two weeks of my life. I found it really difficult not being able to see or speak to [fiance] Joe. And the boredom really got to me.

“I’m not afraid of hard work, but it was the toughest thing I’ve ever done. The weather was bad. There was mud everywhere. Often I was in wet clothes and freezing. Every day got harder.

“It wasn’t what I expected at all. I only had one Bushtucker Trial – I felt strong and brave. Then I had a chest challenge against Martina, but the water in those balloons absolutely stank. It freaked me out how they could make me smell so bad and then make me shower in the freezing cold.”

Silly little Wag Carly Zucker has become the thrid star to be evicted from the I’m A celebrity jungle camp.

As she left she told presenters Ant and Dec: “It wasn’t how I imagined it would be.”

Unsurprisingly she feels her and Nicola have bonded on the show (birds of a feather and all that!) she said:

“Me and Nicola are going to be true friends when we’re out of here. The next few days, she’s probably going to be like a dog pining for its owner, ” she said.

She was quick to show her dislike for fellow contestant singer David Van Day and described him as “very selfish”.

She said: “He says things with a smug look on his face – he loves winding people up.”

I’m A Celebrity contestant Dani Behr has been trying to convince her fellow campmate, Carly Zucker to leave the jungle after she revealed she was finding it tough.

Dani told Carly to go home “if you feel like you’ve had your experience” when the personal trainer broke down in tears.

“Don’t worry about anyone in here. No-one’s going to say: ‘[I] can’t believe she left.’ They’ll say: ‘[I] can’t believe she didn’t leave earlier,’” Dani said.

However, Carl;y later made a trip to the Bush Telegraph and said that Dani’s words only made her realise how much she wanted to stay.

“Dani helped me out but then she said: ‘If you really want to go, go. You’ve got nothing to lose,’” she said.

“When she was going on, I thought: I’ve made my mind up. I know I’m not going to go but you keep telling me I should go.’”

I’m A Celebrity contestant Carly Zucker told how she got stressed out last year because she had too much too soon.

“Money can be a burden, that’s why I got stressed last year. I had too much too soon. I had a massive house that I couldn’t control or clean, it took all day. I could choose what I wanted and so I ended up indecisive I can have anything but if you’ve got a budget to work around it’s easier.”

“At my age I can still take it or leave it. Of course if all my friends are staying in a three star hotels, I’ll stay there and you do notice the difference. I still live a very practical life, if I want something nice like a piece of jewellery I’ll wait and ask for it for my birthday, I don’t just go out and buy it. ‘

Carly was talking to Brian who was asking her what it was like to have such wealth.

He said: “I’m feeling strange because I don’t have much money. I’m better off than most people but listening to you lot discussing exotic holidays and things I’m thinking that I’m not jealous or resentful, it must be wonderful being able to do what you want, it gives you freedom.”

Carly said she never wanted to lose the value of money because a footballer’s career is short. “If I have bought something really expensive I think how far could that go, when you see 5p a day can help a child I think you can’t always think like that because giving away all your money still wouldn’t help the world. It’s give and take and as long as your conscience is clear then you reach a happy medium.” She added: “But I’m big on recycling.”

The difficulties of camp life in the I’m A Celebrity Away Camp led to tensions mounting between politician Robert Kilroy-Silk and glamour model Carly Zucker.

After dinner, Robert washed up the pots but was disturbed by Carly watching over him. ‘I came down here (to wash up) to save you lot the trouble and you come down here to supervise!’ he exclaimed.

Carly replied, ‘I came down to see if we were doing it right and be happy we’re doing it right – know what I mean.’

‘No I don’t’ snapped back Robert. ‘You’re a control freak. There are lots of signs and you like it’ he said.

Later Carly asked Robert if he was one too. ‘Yes but I’m not as bad as you. You’re going to be a nightmare’ he joked.

‘It’s not causing any harm to you is it’, she asked. ‘You would be the first to know’, he replied. ‘If I wanted to offend you, I’d tell you straight up’ he added.

Robert later told Carly and Simon to stop talking as their fellow celebrities tried to sleep. He joked that if they needed to talk they should do so in the loo to prevent themselves from waking up the other celebrities.

Simon later explained, ‘Carly’s a bit defensive at the minute because every time Robert says something he’s really sarcastic and I think she’s taken it to heart.

Later in the Bush Telegraph Robert said ‘There’s going to be problems with the women. Esther clearly – and I’m not going to say anything critical about them and I’m interested to see how it develops – Esther likes being in control as perhaps we all do. I think the other two are quite feisty and they’re quite opinionated and Carly in particular. I’ve just said to her, she’s a control freak.’

Robert and Simon went to get some wood and Carly wanted to come. However, as Camp rules state there must be three people in the Camp, she had to stay behind. She said later ‘I did think that Robert being a gentleman would have stepped down and said you go first.’

But Robert said ‘I wasn’t being naughty. But I though I’m not going to give into you again. Sometimes you have to be straightforward and say no. She’s more forward, pushy and intrusive and perhaps wanting to take over.’

The Away Camp discussed Carly. Roberts said he might be a control freak but he was ‘third division compared to her.’ And Nicola said ‘I do think she’s bossy but not in a bad way.’ However Esther had some kind words for her. She told Carly ‘It’s a very tricky situation this. You’re meeting us for the first time, we’re God knows where, where everything is new and different and you’re one of the problem solvers in the team actually. You came up with some really good plans.’

I’m A Celebrity hasn’t even kicked off yet and already the stars are kicking up a stink.

The trouble started when some of the ‘talent’ realised that they were being paid five times less than their counterparts.

The Daily Mail has reported that former glamour model Nicola McLean, 24, is furious that her £7,500 wage is five times less than the £40,000 that 34-year-old rival Dani Behr is being paid.

And WAG Carly Zucker, is said to have sided with McLean as she is earning just £10,000, compared to Esther Ranzten’s £25,000. She threatened to walk off before she even started the show, but was persuaded to stay when the executives told her how much she could earn from magazine deals afterwards.

I don’t know why this useless pair are bothering complaining. In my mind they are lucky to have gotten on the show in the first place. It is after all titled ‘I’m A Celebrity, get Me Out Of Here.’ Not I’m an unknown wannabe get me out of here!

George Takei is earning only £20,000, a paltry amount when you consider how much he must have earned for his recent role in US Sci Fi TV show, Heroes and how many millions he has amassed from his time playing Mr Sulu in the original Star Trek series.

I think these girls should count their lucky stars and get on with their spray tans, teeth whitening and whatever other essential preparations they have lined up before they enter the jungle camp!

“I’m not your typical girlie girl… I’m a dare devil.”

Personal trainer Carly Zucker says she is heading to the jungle to fulfil some of her own dreams and those of her England footballer fiancé, Joe Cole.

Carly says she and Joe have always wanted to go on an adventure, but Joe is not allowed to risk injury because of his career – so Carly hopes to try out some of the things they’ve always imagined, for both of them.

Carly says: “Joe was keen for me to do the show. He’s quite excited about everything. We’ve always said that as soon as he retires one of the things we’d like to do is go on safari and go and do bungee jumps and all crazy things that he can’t do while he’s a professional athlete.

“So I think by me doing this he’s sort of living his part of his dream early by me doing it.

“I’ve got a friend and we have the same interests. We both can be very girlie but very sporty at the same time. So we like to go and do different challenges. And she was gorilla trekking and climbing mountains and I always go, ‘Oh Joe, can I go?’

“And he’s always worried because generally it’s not controlled. Being in the jungle, of course there’re risks and you’re in the open jungle, but going on a small trip like with a friend or something he’ll generally worry more because he can’t see what I’m actually doing. And there’s no control going with one of these small package adventure holidays.

“Joe would definitely worry about me as well. But I think because he can see me on screen and he knows that I’ve got to be in a relatively safe environment he won’t worry too much because he can see me any time of the day.

“When we have watched the previous series on television he’s always said that it’s something he’d like to do as well as having a boxing match when he retires.

“It’s also a challenge for myself and it’ll be an experience. I’m getting married next year and I just think that it is the right time to do something like this.

“What’s going to motivate me to do these trials if I’m nervous of everything is that I like the feeling of achievement I get afterwards. I like being scared. And I like the adrenaline rush that you get, the adrenaline rush and butterflies in the tummy. And I just love live, I don’t live life on the edge but for these few weeks I’m sure I will be living life on the edge, so I just love the thought of that.”

Carly also hopes to change the public perception of her, as she thinks images of her in the paper have led people to believe she is moody.

She says: “I’d say I’m fun and caring. I make fun out of myself and I’m a good listener. I’m a dare devil and I’m very sociable and very social. I think at the moment the public’s perception of me is quite moody and quite sporty as well.

“But I would say generally they get that idea because I’ve been pictured walking the dogs or just getting on with my everyday business walking down the street. And if there’s paparazzi there I’m not just going to smile. So that’s basically where people get that idea, if I’m just walking down the street.

“But I think going on the show they’re going to realise that I’m happy go lucky, relaxed, kind hearted and a people person really. I think people’s perception of me may be I’m a girlie girl because I’m a footballer’s fiancée and because I’ve been pictured with shopping bags etc.

“But I sort of live two lives. I do love getting dressed up and having nice things, but I also do like to leave that behind now and again and just live life really basically. Like when I go on holiday I love as soon as you get a tan not having to wear makeup and not having to faff and dry your hair and do all these things. I’m not your typical girlie girl.”

She says she wants to take part in the series to challenge herself and has been hanging upside down in preparation.

She says: “I’ve been hanging upside down. I do yoga and my yoga teacher said to practice hanging upside down in case I have to bungee jump or jump out of a plane or something. I’ve been practicing because all the blood rushes to your head so I’ve got a machine at home so I can practice being upside down.

“It’s just like doing a headstand but you’re strapped into this thing. It’s really good for circulation as well. You don’t have to do anything, you strap yourself in and lie there and when you want to finish just pull yourself up.”

She says the type of people who annoy her the most are drama queens and the things she will miss the most are sleep and her family.

She says: “I think I’m quite easy going so I don’t think I’ll be too much of a headache or anything. I’m quite laid-back so I could be a bit of a peacemaker, I’m quite good at talking things through.

“Other people irritate me if they are too much of a drama queen and moan too much, and my annoying habit is that actually I’m a bit prone to moaning or maybe talking too much.

“I’ll miss sleeping peacefully and not being able to control the temperature. Everything really, not being able to have easy access to food and drink. And obviously not being with your loved ones, your friends and family.”
