Producers of Celebrity Big Brother and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! are reportedly battling to sign up Pamela Anderson for their next series.

A source told The Daily Star: “Pamela would be dynamite in either show. It’s a case of whoever comes up with the best deal.

“She loves the idea of going into the jungle and getting her red swimsuit on again. But Celebrity Big Brother has a Baywatch link because they’ve had Traci Bingham on and she could give Pam tips.”

Former football star, Paul Gascoigne has reportedly been offered £100,000 to appear on Channel 4’s final Celebrity Big Brother.

Paul was rumoured to have signed up for ITV’s I’m A Celebrity, but was dropped after bosses feared he wasn’t well enough to take part.

Paul is said to be keen to appear on the nation’s flagship reality TV show, however his friends are worried that 24 hour scrutiny could destroy the recovering alcoholic.

A bb insider told The Mirror: “Getting Gazza would be seen as a major coup as he is a national treasure.

“But he would need a lot of psychological support.”

Reports have emerged that the original wild child, Lindsay Lohan, is considering making an appearance on next year’s Celebrity Big Brother.

LiLo is presenting a number of shows in Singapore this week and The Sun reports that show bosses have flew out for some preliminary meetings.

The 2010 series of the show will be the final celebrity version and it looks like Endemol are going all out to make sure its a cracker.

Ulrika Jonsson has admitted that she had panic attacks before and during her time on Channel 4’s Celebrity Big Brother.

Jonsson told Metro: “It took a long time to make the decision to do it. I was having panic attacks thinking about doing it and I was panic-stricken when I was in there.

“I was thinking, ‘I’m panicking, I’m having an attack, go and clean the kitchen to make it stop’. I had planned to be out in the first few days, so winning was daunting and completely unexpected.”

Of being nominated for eviction, she added: “I was quite grateful as I wanted to go home. And I do not care what they think about me. I don’t have anything to do with them anymore.

“It’s part of the game, people saying horrible things about you and you doing exactly the same.”

Obviously Jack Tweed is so consumed with grief that he is unable to think rationally. For why else would the 21-year-old widower be reportedly taking thousands of pounds worth of Jade Goody’s belongings to put in his bachelor pad while finding the time to Facebook Katie Price and ask her for a date? After all, who on earth would want to go on a date with Jordan?

Tweed has reportedly pissed off Jade’s mother Jackiey Budden by removing a stereo, plasma TV and furniture from Jade’s Essex home to furnish his bachelor pad, also in Essex.

Tasteful.

And the four-bedroom house he’s renting will hopefully be fully furnished by the weekend, when Tweed is planning a housewarming with guests including Bianca Gascoigne and Lauren Pope.

A friend of Tweed’s said:

Jack gets the keys Friday and is having a huge housewarming next day. It will be filled with glamour girls and hangers-on. He’s taken all Jade’s stuff as it was top of the line. He’s so far had a stereo, plasma TV and a load of furniture.

Jackiey’s furious, but there’s nothing she can do. He’s decking the whole place out with Jade’s old stuff. It’s obvious this place will be a party house for him and his mates. It’ll be booze and women all the way.

We never doubted that for a minute.

But someone who will be declining an invitation to his sophisticated soiree is Katie Price. Tweed has reportedly been bombarding the glamour model with Facebook messages.

Her agent said:

She is not interested.

Come on, not even Price is that desperate. We wonder what Dane Bowers is up to these days…

Celebrity Big Brother star Michelle Heaton, has insisted that she has really grown up since splitting from her husband Andy Scott Lee.

The former Liberty X singer claims that she has has her fill of wearing skimpy dresses though this clip of her on Snog Marry Avoid would suggest otherwise.

Heaton said: “I feel like I’ve grown up dramatically since I left my husband. I want different looks out of life now, rather than getting my a**e out.

“I’ve grown up image-wise, clothes-wise. For six years I presumed showing flesh was sexy and turning up to events wearing very little would get me in the papers.”

She added: “And it did, but for the wrong reasons. It’s great to feel girly and pretty and not have to show flesh.”

The celebrity housemates received their first task today!

It’s called ‘Ego’ and it involves – for the first time ever, and for one show only – the CBB housemates appearing in the closing credits of an episode of Celebrity Big Brother.

So the famous housemates had to decide between themselves who should receive which credit and therefore, where they’d be placed.

One housemate will receive a ‘starring’ credit, two will receive a ‘co-starring’ credit, two will receive a ‘featuring’ credit, three housemates will receive an ‘extras’ credit and three poor housemates will receive no credit at all!

“I wanna be an extra” said scouser Tina. “Me, Mutya and Michelle will be extras” she continued.

“I’ll be nothing” said Ulrika. No change there then eh?

“Me too, said Tommy.”

But BB wasn’t going to let it be that easy…

What the housemates don’t know is that Head of House Terry is secretly watching their behaviour throughout the Task. Based on what he sees, he’ll have to decide which housemate has the most inflated ego and the housemate he selects will be secretly nominated for eviction.

In other news, BB was nice to the housemates earlier when he let them have two tokens but one was promptly taken back because La Toya broke the rules when she snuck into Terry’s private bedroom. Oh you bad Jackson you!

The bathroom hasn’t had that much of a makeover by the look of it, but the seats have had some re-upholstery.

Again, the basic bedroom hasn’t changed a whole lot, but they’ve added stars to the carpet.

Jade Goody is apparently being consoled by Shilpa Shetty as she battles with cancer.

The pair very publically fell out when they were on 2007’s Celebrity Big Brother, and accusations of bullying and racism were levelled against Jade. However, according to Now magazine, the pair have now “put their differences behind them.”

Jade was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August while she was appearing on the Indian version of Celeb BB which was hosted by Shilpa.

“We met up in India, then [Shilpa's] been calling me to see how I am,” Jade told Now, adding: “Next time she’s here, we’re going to go for something to eat.”

The 27 year old recently underwent chemotherapy and a hysterectomy as part of her treatment for the potentially fatal disease.

Celebrity Big Brother winner Shilpa Shetty has been arrested at an Indian airport after officials insisted she was still wanted in connection with recent obscenity charges.

The Bollywood actress reportedly burst into tears after being stopped at Mumbai Airport, on her way to the opening of the Miss Bollywood musical in Berlin.

Her spokesman, Dale Bhagwagar, said: “She called me in the middle of the night and was in tears.”

Shetty said: “I can understand something like this if I’d committed a criminal offence.

“But what was my offence, when I’m just an actor, going to perform a musical on foreign land.”

Shilpa was eventually allowed to leave the country after a prolonged period of questioning.
