The plot thickens!
Just hours after Now magazine had their so called ‘legal expert’ look at emails MC Harvey claims were sent to him by X Factor judge Cheryl Cole, the rapper has suggested that he may have been lying about the whole thing.
Yesterday Now’s media lawyer claimed that the messages were 100% authentic and suggested a romantic relationship between Chez and Harvey, however during an interview on Choice FM’s breakfast show, Alesha Dixon’s ex husband appeared to backtrack a little on his claims.

Cheryl Cole is standing her ground against MC Harvey it would seem.
The former X Factor judge took to Twitter last week, to hit out at the So Solid Crew star, after reading an interview in Now magazine in which he claims to have enjoyed a romance with her in 2010.
He insisted that they dated for a number of months, after Cheryl split from her cheating husband Ashley and while she was supposedly ‘in love’ with American dancer Derek Hough.

Cheryl Cole has been very vocal in denying that she ever had an affair with So Solid Crew star MC Harvey, but the rapper has been just as adamant that they did date back in 2010.
Now, he and Now magazine have begun calling in legal experts, keen to prove to the world that the former X Factor judge is lying.

Simon Cowell is reportedly planning to wield his axe on The X Factor UK, after making brutal cuts on his US version last week.
It was revealed recently that the music mogul had dropped Nicole Scherzinger, Steve Jones and most surprisingly, his old pal Paula Abdul from the judging panel of his stateside show and today, it has been claimed that he plans the same clean sweep for the British version.

Will.i.am has admitted that he has asked Cheryl Cole to perform on The Voice, because he wants to annoy X Factor boss Simon Cowell.
The music mogul recently admitted that he would love to have the former Girls Aloud star back on his ITV talent show, however Will – who acts as her manager – revealed that she would never take that backwards step.

We reported yesterday that Cheryl Cole was taking legal action against Now magazine, after it printed an interview with MC Harvey, in which he claimed to have enjoyed a fling with Cheryl Cole back in 2010.
She totally denies any such affair and took to Twitter to refute his claims. However the So Solid Crew star quickly hit back, claiming to have a number of personal messages from the former X Factor judge which will prove his story.

Cheryl Cole has shown that she’s not afraid to hit back at those spreading lies about her personal life and has reportedly started legal proceedings against Now magazine.
The former X Factor judge was said to be furious when the publication published an interview with MC Harvey, in which he claimed to have enjoyed a secret relationship with Cole, after she split from her cheating husband back in 2010.

MC Harvey has claimed that he fell for Cheryl Cole back in 2010, because he was impressed by just how ‘normal’ she was.
The So Solid Crew star sold his story to Now magazine and claimed that when Cheryl split from her husband Ashley Cole, and was reportedly dating American dancer Derek Hough, she was all the while seeing him in secret.
He revealed that he loved how much she just wanted to be a typical Geordie lass, with a cup of team and a track suit, despite her celebrity lifestyle and time in the spotlight.

We revealed earlier this morning that MC Harvey had claimed that just after Cheryl Cole broke up with her husband Ashley Cole, she found comfort in his arms.
The former So Solid Crew star is best known for cheating on Alesha Dixon with Javine and later ruining his relationship with the singer and mum of his child, by sleeping around once more.
This week, he insisted that X Factor’s Cheryl Cole likes the bad boys and that all the time she was supposed to be dating American dancer Derek Hough, she was secretly having a fling with him.

Cheryl Cole has always kept her private life fairly private and there was a lot of speculation at one time that her so called relationship with Derek Hough was a ruse and now, it seems that the rumours may have been true.
Now magazine claims that after splitting from her cheating husband Ashley Cole back in 2010, she actually took up with Alesha Dixon’s ex MC Harvey.
The So Solid Crew star has told the publication that he was head over heels in love with the former X Factor judge and would have married her, had she agreed. He also explained that they were able to carry out their relationship in secret, because everyone thought she was seeing the American dancer.
