Not many eight year olds can boast their own clothing line but Britain’s Got Talent star Connie Talbot will soon be able to do just that.

Connie was runner up on the 2007 series of the ITV reality TV show and her career has went into orbit ever since. Her mum Karen told The Sun:

“There are loads of things going on at the moment.

“There’s a new album in the pipeline, the Connie Talbot clothing range is due to launch soon, and there’s even been a Connie Talbot MP3 player been made in her honour.

“The only other artists who have an MP3 named after them are Coldplay, The Beatles, and Elvis!”

Eight year old Connie Talbot, who came second in last years Britain’s Got Talent competition has scored amazingly reached number one in the US Billboard Hot singles sales chart. .

Connie’s stunning performance of ‘Three Little Birds’ has earned her slots on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Oprah Winfrey Show and won her the backing of Christian record buyers in the US who appreciate her clean-cut image.

Connie was originally offered a record deal by Simon Cowell, who later pulled out as he believed she was too young. She has since been signed by Rainbow Recordings and though her debut album charted at only number 35 in the UK it has already reached number 10 in America.

Connie was lucky enough to be offered another six figure recording deal, that has resulted in the release of this, her first album.
