On last night’s Piers Morgan Life Stories uncut, Dannii revealed that she was once a victim of a media HIV blackmail plot.
According to Minogue, a journalist sent her flowers and a note which read: “We have tried to contact you to speak to you with no luck, and if you don’t speak to us, we have it on good authority that you’re HIV positive and we’re running the headline.”
Simon Cowell is said to have been behind the X Factor judge’s seating change last week, after he feared the panel were becoming too boring.
Dannii Minogue was not best pleased after she was told to swap seats with Louis Walsh before Saturday’s show.
A source has now told the Daily Record: “It was on Simon’s say-so. He wasn’t that happy with the show a week ago. He felt it was a bit boring and decided it needed shaking up a bit. So he opted to move Louis up the panel this week and Dannii down to the end.
X Factor judge Dannii Minogue was said to be very upset after she was ordered to swap seats with Louis Walsh, before Saturday night’s show.
Dannii was ordered to move to the end of the panel, moving Louis beside Cheryl and therefore closer to Simon Cowell.
Dannii Minogue has claimed that she posed for Playboy in 1995, so that she culd clear her mounting debts.
During an interview with Piers Morgan, the X Factor judge admitted that she owed £150,000 and couldn’t afford to pay her rent.
She is quoted as saying: “My parents didn’t want me to do it. My dad was saying, ‘Doing this is forever – you can never, ever change it’. Kylie knew why I was doing it – I could have asked her for the money, but it wasn’t in my nature. I never wanted to admit the trouble I was in. I should have been looking at my finances.”
Simon Cowell has reportedly told off X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue, for becoming too fixated on what they are wearing and not enough on what their contestants are singing.
This Sunday night Cheryl emerged in a power-shoulder mermaid silver micro-mini dress by Julian McDonald, while Dannii sported a glimmering floor-length gown by Aussie designers, J’Aton Couture .
“After the show he summoned all the judges to his dressing room, and let rip at Cheryl and Dannii for spending more time preparing their outfits than their remarks for the show,” a source told the Daily Mirror.
Dannii Minogue has admitted that she was delighted to take part in ITV’s Piers Morgan’s Life Stories.
Dannii filmed her interview for the show last Thursday and can expect to see it air within the next few weeks.

Dannii was so delighted with the gift that she posted a picture of the stilettos on Twitter, adding: “Birthday present from Mrs Cole – LOVELY J’Adore!!!!”
Dannii Minogue has admitted that her big sister Kylie approves of her boyfriend, Kris Smith.
The X Factor judge, says that Kylie likes the way Kris has calmed her down over the last year.
MSN quotes Dannii as saying: “Kylie loved him. She knows that he has me under control. I am much calmer these days, so she’s pleased about that!”
X Factor judge Dannii Minogue has admitted that she was disappointed by Whitney Houston’s comeback performance, on the show last week.
Even though the audience gave Whitney a standing ovation at the end of her song, Dannii wasn’t impressed at all.
“It is beyond crazy,” she told The News Of The World.
Dannii Minogue was said to be terrified last week after a fan and two photographers jumped into her car.
Dannii was leaving the X Factor studios after watching her acts rehearse, when her driver forgot to lock the doors and two photographers and a crazed fan got in.
Her agent told The People: “Dannii was shaken. Huge crowds gather at the studios and paparazzi always try the car doors.
X Factor star Dannii Minogue has kept in touch with Nicole Jackson, who failed to make it through to the live shows.
Jackson told This Is Bristol that Dannii was very supportive at the time. She said:
“Dannii was great. She told me not to give up, and that she really believed I could be big and make it mainstream. She was gutted that I had messed up. She gave me lots of confidence.”
X Factor judge Dannii Minogue has admitted that she and colleague Cheryl Cole get on well, but don’t share details of their personal lives with each other.
Speaking to OK magazine, Minogue explained: “I wouldn’t say we talk about personal stuff, just girlie stuff like clothes and boys and men.
“There’s a lot written about her personal life, which I would never ask her about. It’s her business. If she wanted to speak to me about that then fair enough, but I would never sit her down and bring it up.”
X Factor creative director, Brian Friedman has slammed judges Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole for their treatment of Kandy Rain.
The female judges slammed the girl band for their provocative outfits, telling them they need to be more demure and move away from the stripper image.
Simon Cowell has hit out at his fellow X factor judges for their negative comments about Danyl Johnson.
Last week Dannii commented on Danyl’s sexuality whilst Cheryl and Louis called him cocky and unlikebale.
“All three of them were messing with Danyl and I’m not having it,” he told the Daily Star. “Those three are more competitive than ever. They see Danyl as a big threat to them winning this competition.
Danyl Johnson’s mum has hit out at X Factor judge Dannii Minogue, for addressing his sexuality on last week’s show.
Maria Burgess told The Mirror: “If it was supposed to be a joke then it wasn’t very funny – and it didn’t come across as a joke to me.
“Dannii’s been around the industry for long enough to know what you do and don’t say. Danyl’s sexuality isn’t an issue.
