We bet you thought you’d heard the last of former X Factor finalist Eoghan Quigg, but his dad insists that his teenage son will be back….this time ‘bigger and better.’
Eoghan released his first and only album early last year. It peaked at 14 in the charts then fell out of the top 100 within three short weeks. Record label RCA dropped the 17-year-old soon after.
X Factor star Diana Vickers seems to be on the brink of great things. The 18 year old has just released her debut single which seems to be quickly climbing up the UK charts and announced her first UK tour, but what of young Eoghan Quigg who she became so attached to during her time on the ITV show?

Eoghan Quigg has revealed that he is “not sad” that the X Factor tour is finished and hopes he will now have some more time to work on his song writing skills.
The teenager told The Daily Star: “I’m not sad it’s finished.
“I write songs whenever I’m bored but the show didn’t inspire me to write anything.”
Eoghan Quigg is to become the first of last year’s X Factor contestants to release a single and his debut is titled 28,000 friends.
