Britain’s Got Talent star Faryl Smith, is set to sing a duet with dead opera star, Luciano Pavarotti.
The Sun reports that Pavarotti’s vocals have been added to a recording of Oh Holy Night, sang by the 14 year old singer.
A source said: “Faryl is thrilled – she never thought she’d get the chance to sing with Pavarotti and now she has.

Despite having the fastest-selling solo classical album in British history, Faryl Smith has admitted that she doesn’t see herself as famous.
The 13 year old Britain’s Got Talent star told MSN: “I don’t really consider myself as being famous but it’s all going good.
“My life has changed a bit – I think obviously because I’m not at school as much now, I have to have tutoring and stuff like that, but I do always make sure I go back to school, it’s kind of like living the dream but at 13.”

Opera star Katherine Jenkins has been raving about her young pal Faryl Smith in a recent interview.
Faryl shot to fame after wowing Britain’s Got Talent audiences in 2008 and has since supported Jenkins on tour.
Katherine told MSN: “She’s 13 going on 30 – when she gets on stage she talks to the audience and she’s so natural and everyone loves her.”

Faryl Smith will make her return to Britain’s Got Talent next week.
The 13 year old will perform on Tuesday’s live semi-final with a performance of Amazing Grace, accompanied by a 24-piece gospel choir and band.
Her debut album, Faryl, made UK chart history by becoming the fastest-selling solo classical debut of all time.

Britain’s Got talent singer Farul Smith is all set to conquer America as she gets ready to release her debut album there this month.
Smith was a runner up on last years talent show and as part of her promotion of the new record, Smith has been booked to appear on the hugely popular Ellen DeGeneres chat show.
Faryl said: “This has been amazing… I can’t believe everything that’s happening and I’m still only 13.

Faryl Smith has said that she never would have landed her current record deal without the help of Simon Cowell.
Faryl rose to fame on last years Britain’s Got Talent and wowed viewers with her rendition of ‘Ave Maria’. She has since landed a huge record deal and hopes to follow in the footsteps of Katherine Jenkins, the award-winning Welsh mezzo-soprano.
“My family is really, really friendly with Simon,” she told The Sun.
“He has done so much for me, he basically discovered me. I always want to say thank you and made sure I did on my album.

Twelve year old singer, Faryl Smith is reported to have almost pulled out of the Britain’s Got Talent competition after she feared that she was too young for fame.
Faryl and her parents decided after her first appearance that the attention may be too much for Faryl at such a young age, however judge Simon Cowell rang the family three times and guaranteed them that he would look after the girl personally.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday: “The reaction Faryl got from that first audition was incredible. But her parents felt completely overwhelmed by it all. They weren’t sure that at just 12 Faryl was ready for the attention. Read more & comment »

Once again on Britain’s Got Talent, the last one in was the first one through to Saturdays final. Faryl Smith was the last performer to appear on the show last night and only moments later won a place in the final. The judges also chose Andrew Muir to go through.

Britain’s Got Talent hopeful, Faryl Smith, has revealed that she isn’t getting her hopes out about winning this years series.
The 12 year old appeared on last weeks show and wowed all three judges with her rendition of ‘Ave Maria’.
“Everyone’s been asking who I think my competition is but I haven’t really thought about that,” Faryl told The Mirror. “I’ve just been enjoying watching the show and making it a good experience.

Faryl Smith may have been compared to Charlotte Church since her amazing Britain’s Got Talent performance on Saturday night, but the twelve year old insists that she will never move onto pop music as Charlotte has.
Faryl told The Sun: “I am similar to Charlotte Church but I don’t think I want to do pop. I wouldn’t change from singing classical.”
She revealed that since meeting her idol Katherine Jenkins, she aspires to be more like her.

Simon Cowell is reported to have arranged voice lessons for Faryl Smith, the 12 year old girl all three judges backed in Britain’s Got Talent.
Faryl first appeared on our screens last night when she blew the judges away with her rendition of ‘Ave Maria’.
