FOUR WEDDINGS AUSTRALIA COMING TO SKY 1

Sky Living’s hit wedding competition, Four Weddings has gone down under with five new fantastic episodes launching on Sky Living this June.

Following in the footsteps of the hit version of the UK series, Four Weddings Australia sees four very different brides attend and judge one another’s big day. Each is marked on the ceremony, dress, food and reception. However don’t expect high scores as the competitive nature of these Shelia’s means they don’t take any prisoners in a bid to win the dream prize of a luxury honeymoon.

Four Weddings: Paul Daniels, Debbie McGee, Spencer Smith, Tina Malone and Lyndsey Dawn MacKenzie

This week’s Celebrity Four Weddings features magician Paul Daniels renewing his vows with wife Debbie McGee in a circus-themed day, Big Brother’s Spencer Smith marrying his fiancé Jo Ellison and Shameless actress Tina Malone and glamour girl Lyndsey Dawn MacKenzie also tie the knot – but not with each other! The winning celebrity will donate money to their charity of choice.

Four Weddings: check out Raman’s Sikh extravaganza

What’s the most fun part of any wedding? Forget the ceremony, the decor and the crazy dance moves, everyone knows the best part of going to someone else’s bash is slating it afterward. This week the second series of hit eavesdrop show Four Weddings continues to take competitive wedding crashing to a whole new extreme as four strangers attend – and rate – each other’s big days. Score cards in hand, the brides award points for the dress, the venue, the food and the overall presentation, with the couple who rack up the highest score winning an all-expenses-paid honeymoon. Viewers should get ready for out-and-out wedding warfare!

Katie Hopkins signs up for Living’s Four Weddings

Apprentice star Katie Hopkins will get married on TV and has signed up for Living’s Four Weddings.

The mum of three who almost made it to the BBC business show’s final. will marry Mark Cross, 45, the married boss she started an affair with whilst working at the Met Office.

Nicola McLean, Terry Coldwell, Phil Turner & Sandra Dickenson star in Celebrity Four Weddings

On tonight’s Celebrity version of Living’s Four Weddings, jungle babe Nicola McLean starts proceedings with her celebrity wedding. With all three celebrity competitors seated for her ceremony, ex boyband member Dane Bowers sings whilst the bride to be makes it down the aisle. Terry is not so impressed by Nicola’s dress “big dress, I’m not into that and she kind of walked in holding it.” In agreement Phil comments “It was that thing that should be on a toilet roll in your grandma’s toilet.” After the ceremony and much encouragement from Phil, Terry strips to his undies and jumps into the pond surrounding the venue.

Four Weddings Episode Nine Clips

29 year old, wedding planner Kate Mamo from Norfolk is this week’s episode’s first bride. She is tying the knot with partner Jamie Mulhall and has given him, along with another planner, full responsibility of organising her big day. Despite being a control freak, Kate is confident that her husband will create the surprise wedding of her dreams! She has entrusted Jamie to put on a sophisticated and tasteful affair since she does not approve of obvious hotel type weddings. The romantic exchange of personalised vows at the ceremony leaves contender Linda tearful whilst contestant Sarah giggles uncontrollably at the live singer. All the brides are in awe on entering the lavish reception which is beautifully decorated, and bride Kate is proud of her husband’s efforts. The brides are quick to criticise the food, but all in all the wedding turns out a success!

Four Weddings Episode 5: Clips & Previews

This week’s first bride to be is sports trainer, Mandie, who invites her fellow brides to a farmyard ceremony and reception. The brides are impressed by the ‘transformation’ from barn to wedding venue; however, the first impression doesn’t stick, with rival Sharon declaring “it’s a bit in your face, not my cup of tea at all.” Mandie’s competitors are again not overly impressed by the lack of guests, making the venue look empty and sparse. On reflection, Donna concludes “It’s been nice, but nothing out of the ordinary.”

Four Weddings: Four Clips From Episiode Two

Hoping to impress on this weeks installment of Four Weddings, Essex girl Emma, starts off episode two with a very pink themed wedding and gets off to a good start, with competitor Adam declaring her dress as the nicest he’s seen. During the ceremony the priest gets some giggling thanks to his incessant mumbling. Off to the reception the guests are greeted to even more pink, not to everyone’s taste, as bride number four; Jamie declares “I hate pink”. All are happy with the Christmas dinner they are served for the wedding breakfast and are surprised to hear Emma’s voice coming from the speakers as the couple take to the floor to dance to Shania Twain. A good night all in all, with the three competitors getting rather messy with the chocolate fountain.

Jordan Had The Worst Wedding Dress EVER!

Almost thirty years since she stepped down the aisle, the late Princess Diana is still inspiring in the bridal style stakes, as her wedding dress is named the most iconic of all time, in new research looking at 21st Century wedding tastes and attitudes on marriage.

In a poll, commissioned exclusively by LIVING to coincide with their new wedding series Four Weddings, which starts on Monday 6th July at 9pm, the legendary gown worn by Princess Diana was declared the perfect wedding dress, while on the opposite end of the bridal chic scale, glamour Queen Jordan was named the celebrity with the most disastrous wedding attire. Jordan, whose marital woes have recently hit the headlines, donned a pink Cinderella creation at her wedding to Peter Andre back in 2005. Princess Diana’s dress, designed by the Emmanuels, was selected ahead of other fabulous favourites including Princess Grace’s gown and the Vivienne Westwood spectacle showcased by Sarah Jessica Parker in the movie Sex and the City (the full top ten appears below).
