Hope look good and dance well, but they aren’t very strong singers and they don’t come across as very likable. However it has been obvious from day one that Simon is pushing Hope to win this years X Factor series.

So the two groups sang, even though everyone knew Futureproof was going home, and predictably Sharon and Louis voted to send the boys home, leaving Simon with the casting vote. He voted with the pound signs and not the talent, and so the girls of Hope will live to sing another day.

View the original post Futureproof Leave X Factor TRAVESTY!!! on Unreality TV

X Factor: Adam Chandler Talks Of Backstage Nerves

X Factor 2012

Futureproof

X Factor 2007

X factor singer, Adam Chandler, from boyband Futureproof, has spoken about the nerves and worries of the X Factor 2007 contestants. “Everybody is really, really nervous this week,” Adam told the Daily Record. “Last week, we were all on a high because we’d made it to the finals and it was the first live show. DETAILS ON TOMORROW NIGHT’S SHOW AHEAD…….

Over in Spain it’s the groups turn to battle it out for a place in the final 12 and the only thing standing in their way is the small matter of impressing Simon Cowell. Helping Simon to make his decision is former pop star Sinitta, dressed in her own unique way hiding her modesty behind a couple of discreetly places fans!

With Simon choosing the songs and only one chance to impress, the pressure is on them all to pull out a performance of a life time.

Brother and sister, Sean and Sarah Smith, have been singing together since they were toddlers but now as Same Difference they see this as their chance to shine. “It’s always been our ultimate dream to be superstars” explains Sean, “ever since we were little we always wanted to be pop stars and normally kids grow out of it but we didn’t” and an emotional Sarah goes on to explain why this means so much to them both, “Our family all believe in us and we just want to make them proud, and to go home with nothing for them would be heart breaking”.

After bemusing Simon at the first audition when he told them that they were “far too happy”, can the smiling and ever happy duo, singing Nothing’s Goona Stop Us Now by Starship, change Simon’s opinion of them and prove to him that they are more than just an annoyingly happy double act?

Judging by Sinitta’s comments to Simon, she doesn’t quite get them either, “what are they doing here?”. Not one to normally change his opinion the pair seemed to have worked some magic on Simon, “the first time they walked in the audition room I could bare them but I am really starting to like them. But they are like something out of a Disney movie”.

Next up are twins Jordan and Ryan and best friend Bluey from South London who have been singing together as Ghostt for the last 12 years, and as young dad’s all they are hoping for is a better life for themselves and their families. “From the area we are from there are a lot of gangs, drugs and shootings. There are 11 and 12 year olds being killed and our sons are not far from that age and that is not the environment we want to bring our kids up in, we just want to get as far away from it as possible”.

But the nerves seem to have got the better of Ghostt and after a false start they eventually get into their stride singing All In Love is Fair by Stevie Wonder, but have they messed it up too much for Simon’s liking?

Whilst Ghostt have known each other for years, Futureproof have only just come together. Shop assistants Sean, Matt and Richard, barman Aaron and club singer Adam all auditioned as soloists who were rejected on the first day of Bootcamp, but the Judges threw them all a life line to form a group and now they are determined to make it together. “We’ve all bonded quite well as we’ve all got the same determination and drive and the love of music has bought us all together” explains Richard.

Despite only being together for a short time the boys have already become close and are determined that although they didn’t make it through as soloists, as a group they are going to go all the way to the finals and they are hoping that their rendition of Nobody Knows by Tony Rich is going to show Simon why he should pick them. But have they over complicated the arrangements and blown their chances?

Next up are the W4 girls, Leigh, Rachel, Linzi, Krystal and Enrica who first auditioned in London and have continued to impress the Judges ever since. For the girls this opportunity means everything to them, “this is everything to us we’ve all wanted it since we were young and it’s our dream and this is our one chance”. After singing Wishing on a Star by rose Royce the girls don’t quite get the reaction from Simon they were hoping, “Girls can I be honest with you, you look like the Stepford Wives”!

Following the girls are I Settee Cantanti a group of students from Norfolk who have never felt like they have fitted in, “we spent our school lives on the outskirts of all the popular people and it would be brilliant to be noticed and get through to the finals because not everything is based on looks, we just want to prove everyone wrong”.

Singing the Beach Boys hit California Girls, Sinitta thinks that they are “geek chic” and Simon says that “there are people who will love them, they are seven geeks getting their revenge on the world.” But will the seven chic geeks be going back to school with news of a place in the final, or will it be back to the science lessons for the boys?

The final group to face Simon and Sinitta were, like Futureproof, formed at Bootcamp after being rejected as soloists. Hope, Leah, Charlie, Emily, Raquelle, Phoebe and Si Si are hoping to put their fights and arguments behind them and get down to the job and prove to Simon the Judges were right to give them a second chance. “We have been on a mad ride, but it’s almost as if it’s meant to be” explains Si Si and Raquelle has high hopes for the band, “We could be as big as the Spice Girls with Simon’s backing. We just want him to believe in as much as anything”. And for Emily she is determined to give her young son a better future.

Singing Umbrella by Mandy Moore Simon seems to have changed his opinion of the girls, “I am really growing to like them as individuals but I’m just worried whether they’ll stay together and they’d be such a nightmare to work with”.

So that’s it, the six groups have all sung, now Simon and Sinitta must decide who will become the final three going through to final stages of the competition.

View the original post X Factor Judes Houses: Simon Cowell Takes The Groups To Spain! on Unreality TV

VIDEO: Futureproof On X Factor

X Factor 2012

Futureproof

X Factor 2007

Watch the birth of X Factor group Futureproof at the X Factor bootcamp.
