George Sampson has reportedly been dropped by Simon Cowell. Sources claim its because he isn’t marketable but I imagine his public slating of Cowell last week didn’t help his case any.
A source told The Daily Mail: “George just didn’t prove as marketable as Simon had hoped.
“When acts like George win the show, it’s much harder for them to forge a successful and moneyspinning career compared with a singer, like Susan Boyle.”
Sampson recently blasted Cowell and claimed that he owed money to Syco despite a top selling DVD.
Former Britain’s Got Talent winner George Samspon has managed to get himself evicted from his London flat.
George was reportedly was asked to leave after neighbours complained that he had been playing the song ‘On My Own’ too loudly.
Speaking to The Sun, Sampson said: “My neighbours were always complaining and when the contract expired the letting agents told me that they didn’t want me living there anymore. So I kind of got evicted, yes.
George Sampson is hardly a global superstar, yet he seems to love to lord it above the people that gave him the small amount of celebrity he has achieved.
First George forgot which side his bread was buttered and spoke out against ‘neglectful’ Simon Cowell, then his mum got in trouble for dumping bags of his unread fan mail and now he is dissing his home town Warrington, calling it ‘boring.’

On George’s last visit home to judge an under 18’s dance competition, the crowd were less than welcoming to the 15 year old dancer.

The ever so wise teenager, George Sampson, has blamed Simon Cowell for the fact that his debut single failed to make top twenty in the UK singles chart.
Discussing how Cowell planned it all wrong, Sampson told the Daily Star: “It was purely based on the timing, which was wrong. We should have done the DVD first to get the visual and let everyone see the new routine on the Royal Variety Show, then brought out the single.”
Music mogul (?) George also suggested that Simon was to blame for X Factor winner Leon Jackson’s awfully performing album.
Britain’s Got Talent winner, George Sampson has revealed that he would love to work with X Factor star Diana Vickers once the show ends.
"JLS are really nice guys and the girls have fantastic voices," he told the Radio Times. "I’d love to do a number with Diana where she sings and I dance. That’d be wicked."
So George Sampson’s music career looks like it might be over before it even started….not really a surprise given that the boy is a dancer, not a singer!
George released a double a side single this week which Simon Cowell and Co expected to chart somewhere within the top ten in the UK charts. Unfortunately mid week chart sales figures suggest that George will be lucky to finish in the mid twenties.
Britain’s got Talent winner, George Samspson is a dancer right? Well kind of…..it seems like he is also a singer or rapper or something and has this week released his first ever single titled ‘Get Up On The Dancefloor’.

MSN report the GCSE student as saying: “I always got asked, ‘What do you want to do, do you want to be in the West End?’ and I thought, ‘It’s not really a hip-hop scene, is it?’. And now, suddenly, this great timing happens. I’m just so honoured to be here.”

Britain’s Got Talent winner, George Sampson is reportedly being reunited with his dad today.
George is performing in his home town of Warrington this afternoon and his dad Brian, who has only seen him once in the last five years is planning to attend.
“I can’t wait to see George dance,” Brian told the Daily Star Sunday. “At first I wasn’t going to go along because I wasn’t sure he’d want me there. But I have decided I have got every right to go because he is my son and I would give anything to see him perform.
“Just to see him dance would make me the proudest dad in the world. But I have also decided I will stay at the back to start with and just see how things go. If I think there could be any trouble I will just leave for George’s sake.”
Brian split from George’s mother Lesley five years ago. Their divorce was finalised earlier this year. Read more & comment »
