Gordon Ramsay blasted Delia Smith on GMTV last Friday, saying he was ‘insulted’ by her lazy cooking.
“You know, it’s really hard for me because she was an icon,” Said Ramsay. “She removed all that intimidation out of food, gave the nation an amazing amount of joy for years, and you know it’s a real insult now. So more than anything I’m frustrated that we have to teach the nation to cook from a tin - tinned mince. Tined mince! So I’m insulted and I share that view with a lot of top chefs in this country that are fed up with that level of laziness.”
The top TV chef also revealed he’ll be hanging up his apron on his Kitchen Nightmares series. Speaking to GMTV’s Michael Underwood about his American show, Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares USA, he said: Continue reading ‘Gordon Ramsay Slams Delia Smith For Lazy Cooking!‘ »

Celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay, has revealed that he tried to get ‘Posh Spice’, Victoria Beckham to appear on his last series of Hell’s Kitchen USA.
Ramsay told Access Hollywood: “I thought about having Victoria on as one of the ladies from Beverly Hills in [a] cooking lesson.
“She decided to tour with the Spice Girls. It was a shame because we missed each other by literally a week, otherwise…it would [have been] quite nice to see her attending one of the cooking classes in the kitchen with me breathing down her neck.”
Gordon also shed some light on his friendship with the Beckhams saying: “They’re great foodies. Victoria eats…in a very healthy manner, nothing over-drizzled with olive oil, fat, cream or butter and things lightly steamed. Gordon Ramsay proved that he really does have a sadistic streak, when he made one of the chefs in his kitchen strip naked and then be wrapped in cling film before he worked a shift.
The star of Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares told Virgin Mobile Bites: “We started noticing that all our recipes were going missing - and there’s a database of 5,500 of them.
“We followed him on the CCTV and found out he was sifting all the ideas out of my kitchen. So I stripped him stark b*****k naked and wrapped him in cling-film.
“It’s probably the nastiest thing I’ve done. He sweated like a pig. I don’t know why he did it but then it’s pretty hard to talk when you’re being wrapped in cling-film by 25 cooks.” Continue reading ‘Gordon Ramsay Made Chef Work Naked While Wrapped In Cling Film‘ »
