Hell’s Kitchen winner, Linda Evans has revealed that she turned down the chance to appear on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
Evans told The Mirror: “Working in a sweaty kitchen under pressure is one thing but slumming it in the Australian bush is quite another.
“Maybe I’d have done it when I was 25, but not now. I like my own space and at 66 I’ve had plenty of practice.”

Celebrity Masterchef winner Liz McClarnon has backed Ade Edmondson’s recent comments, that Hell’s Kitchen is less about food and more about entertainment.
Liz told What’s On TV: “I think in Hell’s Kitchen it’s more about TV than it is about cooking, it’s more about the drama and it’s a bit scary to be honest.”
She continued: “I am just more scared of Marco Pierre White – I think he’s a bit much. It’s less about impressing the chef with your all-around ability than it is like with MasterChef, which was more about food.”

Hell’s Kitchen runner up, Ade Edmondson has said that Marco Pierre White is quitting the ITV show because it is more about entertainment than cooking.
Ade told The Sun: “He’s very intent on his cooking and the show’s not really about cooking, is it? I think he began to realise it’s more of an entertainment show and he’d like to concentrate on something more serious.”

Linda Evans has just been crowned winner of this years Hell’s Kitchen series and if I’m honest I’m a bit gutted by the public’s choice. That’ll teach me for not voting!
I have championed Ade from day one as I love his sarcasm and sardonic wit. He won the final challenge tonight by a mile and received a diners verdict of 9 out of 10, practically a miracle by Hell’s Kitchen standards. Whilst Linda is lovely and impossible to dislike, Ade is a better cook, better chef and more focused when he needs to complete a task.
It could have been worse though…..it could have been Jody!

Hell’s Kitchen finalists Ade Edmondson and Linda Evans have been allowed to pick some of their former colleagues to return to the kitchen and help them out for the show’s final.
After last night’s ‘disastrous’ night in the kitchen, Linda and Ade each got to choose two celebrities to assist them in tonight’s show.
Ade picked Niomi McLean-Daley and Danielle Bux whilst Linda brought back Anthea Turner and Bruce Grobelaar.

I am sad to say that Danielle Bux was the second celebrity to fall foul of the public vote on Hell’s Kitchen and left the show tonight.
Sad, because Danielle and Aide were my two favourite stars to win the show on Monday night and despite Danielle winning tonight’s challenge, it will be either Linda or Aide who walk away with the winners title.
So who will win the show on Monday night? I’m rooting for Aide but could see former Dynasty star Linda slip in under the radar.
Who are you backing to win?

Hell’s Kitchen reject Grant Bovey has questioned Marco Pierre White’s reasoning when he questioned Grant’s lack of humility in the kitchen.
Talking to Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield on This Morning, he said: “Marco was encouraging me to be the leader. He would say, ‘Grant, we need leadership in the kitchen, you carry on, you’re doing a sound job’ so I did carry on doing that…and clearly that led me to be sacked.”

Former Star Boy Bruce Grobbelaar has walked off Hell’s Kitchen of his own accord.
It was painfully obvious that Marco Pierre White didn’t want him to go, actually I think Bruce could have won the whole show, but in the end Bruce decided that his wife needed him more than the cooking team and requested to leave the show.
“If I’m not the one sacked tonight I’d like to walk through the door,” he told Marco when the team were sat around the sacking table. “It’s not that I don’t want to stay here, but I feel that these people here deserve it more than I do…

Anthea Turner broke down in tears last night as her busband, Grant Bovey got sacked from ITV’s Hell’s Kitchen.
Marco Pierre White sacked Grant after saying that he was not a team player and the kitchen was not big enough for two bosses.
Marco said: He added: “In service you preferred to sink than ask for help – you are not a team player, that’s what you’ve proven to me tonight. You’re a leader, you’re a boss – that kitchen is not big enough for two bosses. I am the boss of Hell’s Kitchen.”
Grant said afterwards: “I’m obviously disappointed… I thought things were going remarkably well.” Speaking about who he’d like to win, he said: “Clearly I’d like Anthea to do very w

Hell’s Kitchen stirred up some powerful emotions in the men last night, as Grant Bovey and Bruce Grobbelaar broke down in tears.
The team were asked to re-create a dish from their childhood that would tell him something about how they grew up. Grant found it hard as he lost both his parents at a young age and finds it difficult to talk about, or remember them.
‘I just find it quite difficult to talk about my Mum and Dad because in the big stuff that’s happened to me in my life, they haven’t been here and I’ve really missed them,’ he explained.

Hell’s Kitchen contestant Anthea Turner has ended up in a different team from her hubby Grant Bovey for tonight’s show and has come up with a novel way to make sure he isn’t up to par for the challenge.
Anthea, told her team mates: “Don’t worry — I know how to take my husband’s batteries out and render him useless the next day.”
She added: “Needs must — this is a competition!”
Last night Grant claimed his wife’s plan was already working.

Jody Latham got sacked from Hell’s Kitchen last night after receiving a 24 hour reprieve the previous day.
Jody seemed surprised by the decision which is strange considering that just before he was sacked he exited the building over a security fence!
He said last night: “Marco said he was like me when he was younger and we had private words which really hit home and I just had to get away,
“I am an emotional person and ruled by my heart.

Hell’s Kitchen presenter Claudia Winkleman has revealed that she has some less than platonic feelings towards show chef Marco Pierre White.
In an interview with Celebs On Sunday Claudia admitted:
“I wasn’t sure how I was going to react when I first met him. I thought I might end up putting my hair in bunches, and scratching myself – that’s when you can tell I really like a boy, I start twiddling my hair, and I do it with him, I think. He’s so tall and strong and I come up to his knees, but occasionally he’ll look down and smile at me.”

Gary Lineker met the wrath of Marco Pierrre White when he tried to sneak into his kitchen and sneak a kiss to his fiance Danielle Bux.
As soon as Marco spotted Gary, he sent him packing, saying: “Remember Gary we’ve got a job to do. I’m just asking you to respect our job.”
However Gary is now worried that Marco has an ulterior motive where Danielle is concerned.

Hell’s Kitchen chef, Marco Pierre White, has opened up about his well documented feud with former show presenter Angus Deayton.
Deayton was sacked from the show just last month after Pierre White refused to work with him any longer. White told the News Of The World: “His humour was forced, and negative. I would be working hard and he would be making jibes at where I came from and my name.
Deayton has been replaced by Claudia Winkleman.
